Loverly warm welcome on arrival, hosts very helpful and attentive great Size room everything you require. Thought if everything Very clean , warm , daily up keep by hosts ( free parking happy dayz ) 3 minutes walk from most amenities, amusements , restaurants for all appetites & budget , 5 minutes walk to the beach , 7 minutes from harbour absolute prime location. You won't be disappointed with your stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this B&B WELL SITUATED TO EVERYTHING..

It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the station,seafront and the town. I was given the choice of the single room that I had booked or a double room, which was vacant. Both rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, but I opted for the double, which included a two seater sofa and a desk as well as a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. In addition to drinks facilities in the room and toiletries, there was an iron and an ironing board in my room,a hairdryer, a fan and an extra blanket, they seem to have thought of everything!

This is by far the best Guest House we have stayed in. The hosts Duncan and Hayley are so friendly and helpful...they go out of their way to provide a lovely environment. Location is 100 meters from the beach and parking can be requested. We stayed for the Air Show...fabulous venue for this type of event. Breakfast was really good and plentiful...beds were so comfy it was just like home. Would we book again...you bet we would.

Everything was perfect for our stay.

Everything was perfect and fantastic, room, service, breakfast, no smoking/no pets policy, close distance to beach. Owners are a lovely people, really care about guests. Place gives you that warm, cozy home feeling. Very good price for the stay, not like many other places overcharging, to squeeze every penny out of you. Free parking literally 2 minutes away. 10/10 for this stay, place, and owners. Would not change a thing. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn't like. Cannot find any negatives, or bad points regarding our stay.

Room was ready early, Very informative and helpful owner. Great price and great value. Room was very clean and high Standards in decoration. Owners had provided lots of extra items for a comfortable stay. Daily room cleaning Very impressed and best place in Paignton I have stayed in. Recommend fully.

Couple of little things that not owners fault. Windows are sash but new but early morning street traffic noise. Still building large hotel near by makes area scruffy.

Everything you could want in room was there. Very tidy and well maintained. Hailey & Duncan are amazing just ask if you need anything. Close to everything but not to close so nice and quiet.

A early morning wake up by pigeon 🐦 kicking off outside window. Think it's Duncan's nemesis as he goes out every morning to get rid of it.

Excellent breakfast, well presented, good choice. The room, dining area and corridors were clean. The room was larger than expected and although there were plenty of lights it was hard to read a newspaper. The toilet facilities were extremely clean. The tea and coffee making facility in the room was always well stocked. The couple and dad who ran the guest house made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The property was ideally positioned just back from the beach and near to the town centre but in a quiet road. Would recommend.

Owners are very welcoming and the property is close to all amenities. Spotlessly clean and a very good choice at Breakfast.

I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say.

Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. Clean, comfortable and warm room. Close to amenities and beach. Useful information available Lots of extras available for children to use, even umbrellas for the British weather!!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

.Location... Clean...safe... Nice breckfast.. Lovely people running it..i got this room for my daughter partner and a baby all along they help in all aspects of the booking even got us a early check-in if we down next year we will look you up
