Fantastic welcome. Fantastic stay, food was delicious and cook was first class. Property was so close to everything we needed. Our room was bright and airy with a view towards the sea. Not far from the pier and main town street. Bus station and train station both close to use and some really good offers on day trips. Free car parking was good as we were able to leave our car parked safely while we traveled around on bus. Owners were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. Tea and coffee in our room and tv if you needed to use it. This was our 2nd visit and we loved it.

Lovely compact room. Very, very clean. Great breakfast. Quality vegetarian sausages provided with my breakfast. They were fantastic.

Shame that shampoo and shower gel are not provided as standard. To be fair, though, as soon as I raised this issue, the proprietor provided good quality shower gel as a favour. Thank you so much.

Very friendly owners - nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean guest house. Bed very comfortable. Our bathroom was very small but that wasn’t an issue for us. Excellent full English breakfast & always offered more toast and coffee/tea. Really liked the fact that we could pop back at any time during the day if we wished to (i.e. not kicked out for the day after breakfast!) Location suited us, close to both the beach/promenade & the town centre but situated on a quiet residential street.

Nothing to dislike!

Would prefer ordering breakfast on the morning rather the night before but wasn't a big deal overhaul the service was excellent 👌

Apart from what I have said previously there was nothing I didn't like

Very friendly hosts, comfortable room with good hot shower. All really clean and parking included too. Well situated for beach and town .

A few noisy revellers in the street but only because it was a warm night so we had the window wide open .

One of the best stays in the UK by far. The hosts are amazing. We felt welcome as soon as we stepped into the guesthouse. The room was spacious, bright and very very clean. The guesthouse is literally one minute walking from both, the sea side and the high road, just 5 minutes walking from he harbour and the amazing restaurants and bistros. Breakfast was included. The full English breakfast they serve is top quality and such a big portion, served with coffee/tea, bread/toast and fruit juice, all served in the beautiful front room, where it's easy to make new friends at breakfast time. I will always remember this place and the lovely owner, who made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone, and will definitely come back for my next stay in the English Riviera. Thank you ;)

There was nothing to dislike.

Anna & Kev are the nicest hosts, so friendly and extremely accommodating, location was perfect just off the sea front took 1 min and there was the pier and promenade, Our room was lovely so clean and we had all the facilities we needed, breakfast was yummy and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted to vary from the menu obviously within reason. Thank you both for a lovely stay we loved Paignton and you wasn’t far either by car or train to go off to explore, Steph & Bob x

Great location, clean, comfortable, breakfast was really good, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely landlady. Great view of the sea.

We were on the top floor & I have back problems, my fault, I should have mentioned it when booking.

Anna is the star of the show she is a brilliant host The cleanliness and the decorative condition as well as nice furnishings and fittings and good clean carpeting through out make this a well organized B &B with plenty of breakfast and a good standard of cleanliness free parking as well make this a very pleasant place to stay, Kev and Anna work very hard with the help of George to make this a perfect place to holiday. Well done Kev and Anna

I have no complaints

The location was perfect: a few minutes walk from the railway station, the seafront and the town.it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was lovely. Anna and Kev were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
