Good location, very modern and new room, cosy, free parking possibilities in the same street. Restaurants and sea in walking distance, also the bus stop for the scenic tour only ca 5 minutes to walk.

Although it is cosy to have the breakfast in the room, it limits the options because it is just cereals or toast or cooked eggs. No chance to do scrambeld eggs or similiar. And also no chance to have alternative bread or a bit nicer stuff for breakfast than just toast. Fruit salad was great, although I personally prefer when it is only fresh fruit (there were peaches from the can included, the other fruit was fresh).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience! The accommodation was impeccably clean and tidy, and it was obvious that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was just right. The recent decoration added a modern touch and made the room feel fresh and inviting. What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable - especially considering the fantastic location, which was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit during my stay. The friendly host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their helpful recommendations and advice were greatly appreciated. Although no croissants were provided, the in-room continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a great price. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

The only potential downside to this B&B is that parking outside can be difficult at times. However, the host was extremely helpful in providing advice on nearby parking options, and I was able to find a spot relatively easily. Plus, the fantastic location more than made up for any inconvenience in finding parking.

The room was an excellent size and the facilities in the room for breakfast were excellent with plenty of choice from orange juice, cereal, yoghourt, fruits, toast, boiled eggs, butter and jam. Made for a very relaxing breakfast. Steve was a great host recommending local bars and restaurants. The B&B is in a great position on a quiet road but within easy walking distance of the local attractions and bars and restaurants. We ate at The Boatshed with was excellent, lovely fish.

Nothing we didn't like, parking is on the road so you may not always get right outside the B&B.

The breakfast was nice and replenished daily, hosts were friendly and weren’t intrusive at all leaving us to relax but were onsite at all times if we needed anything. Greeted us on arrival and asked us about our time there when leaving. The apartment was really well thought out and had a homely feel to it. The mirror in the bathroom was also heated so didn’t steam up whilst showering. Shower was spacious and had a good flow and good temperature.

There was quite a lot of dust on the floor under the bed, on the Back of the tvs and the blinds.

Great facilities including comprehensive kit to prepare my own breakfast. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable.

My instant reaction was how clean the building smelt as we first walked in and that's huge for us. The location was fantastic and then the room was very clean and we loved the kitchen set up, my wife in particular was impressed with the fresh fruit and yogurt, what a great idea, the containers were a nice touch too. Overall we felt the room was very welcoming and our host Steven was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Tidy apartment that had been quite recently renovated, so the look was modern and fresh. Nice size, except for the bedroom - bathroom door doesn't open properly because the bed is in the way. Proper tap in bathroom and spacious enough shower cubicle. Wide selection of kitchenware.

There was no staff present when we checked in. We did get a message with the apartment number but no mention where it was or where we would find the key - had to call and ask. We weren't told that we would have to make our extra bed ourselves, nor where the bedding was. The extra bed felt a bit dirty. No regular glasses, only cups and wine glasses. Parking was a bit tricky, there is free road side parking in front of the hotel but the street was quite full and narrow.

Asked for vegan breakfast, didn't know whether some of the breakfast items were vegan or not, and some items weren't vegan.

Host was very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly. Room was much larger than expected and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably varied and, best of all, available on my schedule because it was already in the room fridge, with the appliances and dishware needed. Bathroom was clean and a good shower.ocation was perfect for access to restaurants, grocery, buses, and the Coast Path.

Location was amazing, super close to the promenade and town centre, very easy to find. I also loved the aesthetic of the hotel, very cute and quaint. The self serve breakfast was my favourite - delicious! Super easy self check in and no problems with the stay.

Hotel and washrooms a little out dated, but nicer than surrounding hotels
