Love coming here. Superb lovely cooked breakfast and gorgeous buffet including scrummy croissants, cereals and fresh fruit and yoghurt, lots of choices. Room beautiful as always, so comfortable and airy. Location absolutely beautiful and so tranquil . Hosts so welcoming, hospitable and friendly as always. Stayed for our wedding anniversary, a little gift to ourselves so very special for us. Dined out at some really good local restaurants locally. Sandwich is beautiful - could live there. Very quaint, pretty walks around the town and by the river. Pretty cafes, we went to Goats That dance, they brought coffee out to us in the sunny churchyard lovely trees and flowers and friendly dogs to pet. Heaven! Oh and fascinating huge craft stalls in the church. Richborough Fort very nearby, is a must, fascinating and lovely to walk around.

Booking with an external booking company was probably a mistake as they did not make it clear that our room had a bathroom across the hall. In addition, although there was a key, it was not possible to lock it from the outside which we would have preferred. All other rooms had en-suites and I would never knowingly book a room with a separate bathroom. Stacey apologised and explained that the external company were to blame as they had merely described the room as having a bathroom.

A warm welcome greeted us on arrival. The room (which had it's own bathroom) was fresh, clean and welcoming. We had a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. The breakfast (plenty of choice) was lovely, which gave us a great start to the day. The property is set in lovely grounds which are well kept. Another huge plus for this little gem, it's soooo quiet and peaceful. Would I recommend,......Definitely!! 👍

Beautiful location and very nice staff.

Albeit gorgeous, the room was on the ground floor very close to the staircase and breakfast room. As such you could hear all the conversations guests were having starting early in the morning. If you like to sleep in (as I do) or you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the first floor. If you sleep through everything than you are fine.

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful! Wonderful house with quiet grounds. Catered for coeliac/ lots of delicious breakfast options. We stayed in the Carolina room which has a massive private bathroom across the hall with shower and bath- very clean and welcoming place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again 😊

We stayed four nights in the Goss Hall B&B and enjoyed every minute of it. Our spacious room with ensuite bathroom was very luxurious. The view on the green countryside and lake are relaxing and amazing. The owners gave us a warm welcome, lots of tips to do and a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B.

It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location within walking distance to Sandwich. The B&B is stunning inside and very comfortable. A good varied selection for breakfast and decent coffee which is important for us! The bedroom was very spacious and attention details was superb. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, we have booked to come back in a months time.

Great location, great access and close enough to get into Sandwich but far away enough to enjoy real peace and quiet. The property is very well maintained and clean and Maggie is a generous and welcoming host. We had a lovely room and an incredibly comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with a varied menu and we really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be outdoors all day walking (despite the December weather) and to come back to such a cosy place. I'm sure we'll be back.

Very pleasant and obliging owner. Beautiful and exceptionally comfortable room. Easy parking. Goss Hall is well sign posted from the main road. Lovely garden with river. I really felt like a house guest in the Manor House.

I was sorry that there was nowhere within walking distance where I could get dinner. At £8 - £9 each way to and from Sandwich, taxis added considerably to the cost.

First and foremost, Maggie- she was a kind and details oriented host from start to finish: from the friendly welcome, to booking us into a popular restaurant at short notice, finding us somewhere to stay for our last day in the area ( they were, understandably, fully booked) to helping us plan our sightseeing: nothing was too much trouble. Our room was huge, well appointed with stunning views- and the breakfast cooked to order, quite delicious right down to the warm croissants. Really, really did not want to leave……
