The staff were lovely - nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was very good, and again, nothing was too much trouble, making me a bacon sandwich when I asked for bacon and some bread - they said no, we can make it for you, and they did a better job than I would have! And when we left, they remembered we had taken the trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and sent us home with some mini Prosecco to have at home on the actual day, which we plan to do! We enjoyed our sea view, and the bed was very comfortable. The sea front location is great, and we were able to park literally round the corner, which was really handy. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were brilliant and very friendly. Our room gave us a great view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. We ate two main meals in the restaurant as well. On both occasions the food was cooked well, most tasty, not expensive and the menu contained a reasonable choice. The bar stocks a couple of real ales which are well kept and one of them was an interesting local beer. My partner was also pleased with the range of gins that were stocked. One of the owners sought us out and was very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the place. I ought to mention that the stairs to the bedrooms are steep

Great reception from the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and felt cosy and homely. We were lucky to have a great sea view which was fantastic in the morning to wake up to. The little touches in the room such as the coffee machine and assortment of drinks were nice and the breakfast quality was great, with good menu options and great quality food.

In general there wasn't much not to like, it is a cosy and welcoming place to stay. The building is restricted a little by its age, and that is why any negatives can only be considered minor. To be totally picky, the pressure in the shower wasn't great, which was a shame as the bathroom was very nice for the size of the room.

The location of the Two Lifeboats is fantastic situated next to the promenade at the end of the main street in Sheringham. The room was small but clean and warm and the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was was great , the service was exceptional with three members of the team all attentive and friendly. The breakfast next morning was also excellent with great service. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The access to the room was up an outside staircase and through a door with a deadly low height.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and the location was superb for looking out to sea. Food was good but the breakfast was fantastic.

I felt the bathroom needed painting or a few more tiles around the walls as they looked tried, also repaires had been done and not painted over, the door had a sign or sticker on the say it had been sanitised but the bathroom door on the inside had dirty finger prints on it, where people had pulled the door closed, and the walls in the bedroom had black marks on them and the end of the double bed.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great quality breakfast. Lovely dining area. Beautiful outside seating. Gorgeous location next to the sea.

Noise from local pubs but that can't be helped and was very quiet after they closed. Suspect less of an issue in winter when less people outside. No reply to email asking about parking. Worth putting something on website to say no parking but there are good signposts to other options. Mattress wasn't great quality and springs made a noise every time turned over.

More care could of been taken with cleaning , the shower was unclean around the bottom , black marks , tiles needed cleaning, walls grubby , carpet could do with a clean

The breakfast was very good. OK, it was a typical 'full English' for us but the quality of the cooking was great. The hash browns light and crispy; the scrambled eggs beautifully cooked etc. Small things but easy to be 'ordinary' - this wasn't.

Access to the bedrooms a little challenging with very steep stairs and small doors etc. It's an old building (in a historical sense) so not a complaint but an observation others with limited mobility may appreciate. Also the standard breakfast hours of 9 -10 were a surprise. Given a desire to get out and enjoy the day, we felt that was too late. To their credit they did bring that to 08:30 on our request enabling us to make our boat to Blakeney Point on time (time and tide...... :-) )

The room had a sea view, with shower TV,tea and coffee.breakfast was served in a quiet room with great service (many thanks to the lady concerned) The only drawback( if it can be called one) ,because the hotel is a grade two listed building the internal staircase is very narrow due to building regulations. However there is an external wide staircase lleading to the berooms and is very user friendlly. In all a very excelent place to stay.

I am always happy with my stayat this establishment.

Everything was lovely. Nothing too much trouble. As a carer sometimes it can be difficult. I brought a lady who havnt been to sheringham before and have a lot of mental health issues so we both say thank you as the young lady in question is moving to be closer to her family so as her keyworker this is a memory I'll cherish as I'll miss her terribly You made our stay lovely and will definitely recommend anyone to stay with you So thank you xx
