Very good location,all staff very friendly and helpful room was clean,vg choice on tv(Netflix and prime )10% discount on two restaurants room was ready when we arrived at 11 in the morning and due to the train strike going back home we had to change our train time from 12 to 3 and the hotel let us leave our luggage and pick up when it was time for us to go to the train station.The staff even let us look at the larger rooms,even had a choice of tea and coffee refill and clean towels every day or a free drink from the restaurant next door.

The room was a little small for two people more ideal for a single person,no where to store cases,no hooks in bathroom to hang clothes,the rail was a little too high where the towels where even a towel radiator in the bathroom would be good.

Great hotel, perfect location if you want the hussel and bussel of skegness. We got free early check-in which was lovely. Room was nice and spacious, lots of extras like tea and coffee ect. Nice big bed and great smart tv. View was OK as it was a sea view but as it wasn't the nicest of days we couldn't really see it. There's a wine bar literally next door which is hreat as it also serves food. You get given some discount codes for places in skegness which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Only thing I would say is the room was very dark in the evening, even with the many lights available it just was a dark room which as a women trying to get ready it's a nightmare.

Hotel centrally located to the centre of Skegness and all amenities. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away. Couldn't beat the location. We parked in the car park close to the hotel about a minute's walk and the owner of the car park was lovely and offers a cheap rate just make sure you have cash. The room was well equipped with a fan and hair dryer and modern decor. It was especially hot when we visited, so the fan was a blessing. This hotel was the nicest in Skegness I found and you couldn't get a high standard like this for less. Most other hotels look tired and traditional. A bonus was on arrival we received some discount vouchers for F&B at local cafes/bars.

Couldn't keep the windows open at night due to some noise from people coming out from the bars/pubs. But all to be expected on a Saturday night in summer. When the windows were shut this was ok. In the booking info message, a pre-warning about the lack of taxis would be good. It's extremely hard to get taxis after 11pm from Fantasy Island back to the centre and the buses runs up to midnight. Lucky for us we were told by some people we met but this wasn't until 11pm and after calling 10 taxi companies I finally managed to get one. If you're staying in Skegness centre then you don't need to worry. The buses that go to Fantasy Island are super cheap though £2 per person each way. We just didn't want to risk missing the last bus back.

The fans outside my window of room 107 which were attached to building next to the hotel wall right side of my window and kept. Me awake all night The hotel was lovely only thing let it down was the outside fans attached to the next door hotel wall Yes I would like either a refund or a discount for another room Was kept awake all night I did tell the receptionist in the morning she did say sorry but not offer any thing to make me rebook. It's a shame it's let the hotel stay down Yours Brian pearce room 107

Great hotel with a fantastic location, and they gave us money off vouchers for local businesses. Room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in room 108 which was a bit small and cramped, we opted for our room not to be made up and no change of towels which is great but there were no hooks ect in the bathroom to hang these up on, could have also done with a couple of hooks for coats as wardrobe space was limited and our coats were damp. These are only recommendations as we did have a lovely stay and would stay again.

Rooms are lovely and modern. Big smart TV’s are an easy win against your bigger chain hotels. Beachside which is great plus easy access to close by pubs/diners.

Being close to amenities meant pretty loud music into the night. No receptionist is odd but didn’t experience an issue. No parking is a hassle but survivable. I would recommend changing this feedback form however. Standardise the answers to each question you pose (e.g 1-10 rating or 5 Smiley faces) so you can correlate your answer data into a score. Leave an open comment feedback box, don’t push users towards positives and negatives even though that’s what you want to work on. Take the score ratings and work on data! Maybe not my place 😅

The location was perfect. The decor was beautiful and the fact that there were toiletries was super. So glad there was a fan in the room. I’m glad I booked a room with a sea view. The staff were very nice.

The room size was a little small. I wish I booked a larger room and bed. Breakfast would have been nice, even if it was just juice and cereal or a free breakfast at the local cafe, rather than 10% off. The bedding was a bit rough. I would have paid for an earlier check in or later check out time.

i absolutely loved the property as soon as we arrived it stood out, on arrival we was given a free drink in the bar next door. everything you need it on the door step, a cross the road is the beach and pier where there’s lots to do for all ages. the nightlife is also really good. anyone who visits will not be disappointed.

the only thing this property needs is parking but understandable where it is located there is no way of parking, however the lady at reception pointed us to a local car park, thrown stone from the property and there is a man who keeps watch of the car for the duration of you stay.

The location was perfect for what we needed, we came to see the darts at the embassy and it was literally a 2 min walk away! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was perfect, very clean and put together. I loved the addition of vouchers for the pub next door was a lovely surprise when we got to the hotel. The bed was so comfy you just sink into it.

Unfortunately only bad thing to say is it was extremely hot at night time in the room, it was difficult to sleep. We had to have the window open all night and sleep without covers aswel as the fan that they do provide you with which is good. Bearing in mind we stayed nearer the end of october. Other than that it was perfect.

everything!! the property was stunning. never seen anything like it. we were very happy and was very sad to leave. we will be back thou!! thank you to the staff for been sooo lovely to us and helpful. we honestly really appreciate it.

we had some very very noisy neighbours in the room straight above us! they were banging round most of the night. I was in room 109! we was gonna say something. but didn’t wanna seem like we were causing problems. other then that! our stay couldn’t of been better.
