The Vine Hotel Chapel st Leonards0

The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had a view of the green in Chapel St Leonards, the only thing that spoilt it a little was you looked over a the roof first.

Location, Bar, entertainment, cleanliness, staff , Although i didn't have the food myself it looked a smelt absolutely superb . I have put the bed wasn't comfy but its each to there own i dont like a soft mattress whereas others may like them

No staff to talk to after 10 on a weekend . No Breakfast options nowhere to sit in my room and relax only the bed . Tv was very strange to work and no instructions . Room walls were extremely extremely thin with no soundproofing at all i could here the tv on in the next room or up above i could quite work it out as clear as if it was in my room both nights of my stay . Nothing for kids to do whatsoever , you have a games room but adults only is ridiculous in this day and age .

happy friendly atmosphere as soon as me and my daughter walked in , brilliant , friendly , proper go out their way to please and help their guests in anyway they can staff ,, clean , comfortable , great food and value for money and some brilliant artwork on the wall , I actually walked the halls just to see more ! excellent artist

that I’ve got something to say in this section,, sad face and in no way a reflection on the staff ,,,,, a green light on the ceiling outside the bathroom, I presume is an emergency light is very bright and did disturb my sleep,,,,,,, the shower door ( room 3 ) is badly fitted, doesn’t close properly and bathroom floor gets flooded ( hence the wet towels ! ) and the laminate floor trim/edging is missing next to the bathroom door on the corner and has left the connecting corner piece sticking out and a hazard,,, but I’m sure these issues will be rectified in keeping with the quality of staff and hotel and the great service they provide,, knowing that ,, would gladly 100% stay again 👍

There was no breakfast and there was no one on reception to ask about breakfast

More staff we only saw one person when we checked in didn't tell us about wifi didn't tell us about breakfast and we didn't see them again didn't smell any cooking at all from the kitchen the only person we saw was the cleaner when she opened up at 8.00 am ran out of coffee milk had to buy it from cafe over the road

The location was great and the room was spacious luckily at the back of three hotel away from the bar area.

Monday club in the bar was very very noisey and could be heard up on the first floor through the floor, thankfully the bar closed at 9pm. We were not aware that the steak restaurant wasn't open until the weekend but there was plenty of other options in the surrounding area.

The vine hotel was everything we could have put on a ‘wish list ‘! The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom we stayed in was fabulous .bar,outside seating area ,music and location of the vine made our stay perfect .the staff were helpful and so friendly making our stay just perfect !can’t wait to return ,thank you to San and all at the vine !

Absolutely nothing to dislike !

Great location to Skegness, only a 15 minute drive into the town. Quiet and peaceful village and a friendly and efficient manager. You can tell the hotel has had a soft refurb with some great artwork around the halls and bedroom.

Area itself doesn’t have much option for food, so I would advise eating elsewhere if you arrive late, but I would imagine it’s quite busy during the day and in high season.

Very comfortable bed, clean minimal but functional room with everything needed for a short break, great shower, quick and easy check in. Very close to amenities and beach.

Rooms were a little noisy but not unexpected as they are above a busy bar and restaurant. Lack of wifi and poor signal meant not able to use phone

The room and ensuite was nice, bright and clean. We only had breakfast on one morning and it was very good value for money. They had entertainment on Saturday night which was very good, he sang a mixture of songs that catered for all tastes.

Everything was very good, nothing to dislike!
