North Parade Seafront Accommodation

- Located right on the seafront, most attractions within easy walking distance - Easy to find, with parking to the rear of the property - Lovely welcome by the staff on arrival and in the morning for breakfast - Reasonably priced breakfast in the morning, good portion sizes and good quality, service was the most efficient I've seen at any establishment! - Room clean and tidy on arrival - Selection of teas/coffee in room alongside bottles of water and shower gels, something which you seldom see nowadays Overall great stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone needing a lower cost place to stay in Skegness. Breakfast recommended.

- Door lock to bedroom took a while to lock from the inside (21), just needs a little maintenance - Bourbon biscuits but no custard creams! *Struggling for things to say*

Accommodation was clean and tidy, room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. Complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/bottled water in room. Complimentary toiletries in en-suit too which was a nice little touch. We spent a couple of hours in the on site bar having a drink and playing pool, well stocked to our taste of drinks and a reasonable price too with some good music playing in the background. Hosts were all friendly, car park was easily accessible. Quick check in and out. Great location to all seafront attractions, and a little folder in room with suggestions of things to do nearby and places to eat. Overall a fab stay. Thank you!

Beautiful view and location was just perfect 🥰 the room was very clean and I really appreciated the bottle water, the first night I had forgotten to buy some so it was a sigh of relief. I was amazed there was a bath and shower Beautiful touch to have a nice pampering bath before bed. The lift made the carrying of a suitcase effortless everything you would want in a holiday.

Gave a 9 because the bed wasn't as firm as I would have liked but my son said it was cozy so I am just being a bit fussy I think, overall lovely accommodation.

The room was very clean and tidy. There were tea and coffee making facilities. The room had a great sea view. Very close to the beach. The bed was ok. Also plenty of storage space. We also had Breakfast which was cooked well and Staff very helpful and eager to serve.

The shower over the bath was out dated and lacked any quality spray. As the room is east facing it has the sun upon it all day making the room hot but only has two small widows to open so no way to cool it down so quite hot through the evening and night.

Breakfast was nice ,I was surprised it was not a self service breakfast it was cooked to order but I could not have red meats or fried food so. Can not vouch for them but what they help to sort me out with was nice they do there best and no one can do more then there best They was very helpful and there lounge was beautifully set out and they had supplied games and books so even if you on your own like me there was a game you could play by yourself This lounge I also give top scores And the open top bus stops just across the road if you want to travel into centre and can not walk that far

I did not like the stairs as I am disabled and have a walking stick but they did not have a lift ,so I just took my time I had plenty of that ha ha

I received a very friendly welcome upon arrival and was upgraded to a double room (I'd booked a single). The room and bathroom were spottlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and I sleep very well. The tea / coffe / biscuits in the room were a welcome treat. I didn't have breakfast but it smelt amazing - next time for sure!

There was nothing I didn't like. I expected less fo the price I paid to be honest. Will definately book again!

This is only for room 14 and social areas. Don't know what I expected, but it wasn't this! I'm always apprehensive when I stay somewhere new, but had nothing to worry about. Stayed only 1 night with daughter. Warm and cheery welcome. Our room had large bay with sea view! 2 occasional chairs and a swivel bar table in the bay, ideal for sitting with our cuppa looking out. You can see the flower gardens and putting green, and the sea beyond. We had a massive bed! At least 3 adults could fit in it. The bed linen was all white, it was PRISTINE. The headboard was perspex which was nice for hygiene reasons and there's 3 lamps above it, very handy. There's an open wardrobe for clothes, which had spare blankets in. A huge radiator, 2 bedside cabinets, and another chest of drawers which had an hairdryer in it. There was a TV too. We had a kettle, teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and water in our room do was very welcoming. Our ensuite wasn't massive. It had a shower, toilet and sink so not very roomy. Didn't bother us though , we're not sleeping or socialising in the bathroom! It suited our needs. There's a light in there you can put on low as well as the main light, Handy if you get up in the night. Downstairs is a spacious dining room, though we went out for dinner and breakfast, the food smelt amazing. There's a double reception lounge with plenty of seating, board games and a TV. At the back is the hotel bar. There is plenty of seating, pool table, fruit machines and music playing. Was a lovely atmosphere and enjoyed talking to others staying there. There is also lift access to upstairs as well as stairs. All in all, was a very cosy, very clean hotel and absolutely lovely staff. Once we checked out they stored our luggage until we was going home. That was much appreciated and was no charge. Thank you both (and other staff) for having us. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat. Missing room 14 already!

Everything was perfect. Very clean. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff were lovely. It is in a perfect position for the whole of Skegness . We'll definitely come again.

The camp bed was a little uncomfortable until I reversed the mattress and the pillows were a bit thin. But that would have been sorted if I had asked, I'm sure. I just bought a pillow for a couple of quid from town so I could take it home. Sorted.

Breakfast was just ok. Sausages were awful but rest was ok. Fried eggs perfect. Room lovely. I like plenty of room to move about and this was perfect size. But mattress not to my liking. Another mattress booster needed, as I could feel the springs. Solved the problem.

Arrival was fantastic. Helped up to our room with luggage However, when leaving this help was not given. I am disabled lady.

The staff was all excellent made us feel welcome lee and his partner went out there way to get us anything we wanted sat and had a full conversation with us was like home from home feeling excellent breakfast it was that big we couldn't eat it all felt bad for leaving some Lisa the cleaner went above and beyond even asked us if there was anything we wanted doing but the room was spotless excellent big family room also the bar was nice pool table lots off different family games lovely big lounge I would recommend this hotel as high quality thank you for having us xx
