The staff on arrival where helpful and let us even leave our bags there when we got there early and were friendly on check in. The location was great not to close the the center that it was loud in the evenings but close enough to walk to the main strip! Hotel was nice and clean and was all in all a good place to stay. Id stay again!

We couldnt open both windows as one had a weird mesh over it and it was over 20 degrees so as you can imagine we was boiling. There wasnt much toilet roll but we only stayed one nught so not the end of the world. There was no staff about in the morning what so ever. We went to check out and ask to leave our bags there at about 9am but there was nobody to be seen we had to call payman club who took ages getting a hold of anyone. Theres also no lift so not great for disabled people.

I find the breakages deposit 'per room' a 'little'draconian - we were a 3-room family party with 2 pensioners aged 79/80; 2 parents aged 50 and our 11 year old son. I never had to do that since an all-make party on a stag do over a decade ago. I fully realise that Skegness is very attractive for the likes of Stag and Hen dos and that some guests will be far more challenging than others so, a suggestion, have a rule but for same-sex bookings of a certain age and for certain age guests.

Booking should block rentals in this hotel because it is cheating people for money and not true with reality dirty smelly it wasn't cleaned no people at the reception there wasn't even anyone to give the keys to I had to call the hotel's website wardrobes broken mattresses dirty wardrobes broken holes in the walls they took my deposit and haven't given it back so far I've been waiting for almost 2 months no one writes back to me I advise against staying there 😒

Was close to the beach wasn’t much walking around to get to all the venues I went too.

If I had to be picky I could say that the rooms could be bigger but other than that it is amazing!

Mary the receptionist was efficient wooden floors throughout the property looked really nice room was large and clean close to all amenities after reading negative reviews I was worried about staying but I was pleasantly surprised

Payman emailed me the wrong details and put me in the wrong room which hadn't been cleaned dirty mugs and discarded cigarettes outside on the balcony this was quickly rectified by the receptionist Mary and we was put in the correct room which was lovely

We did not have breakfast at the hotel the staff were very polite the room was great lovely and warm too myself and sister could not fault the room at all the only thing that was a little disappointing was the wifi there wifi system had gone down and was not able to be fixed during our stay but appart from that I would definitely go again and I have already recommended the hotel to family and friends I really don't know what else to say apart from my score which would be 10 out of 10 for everything apart from the wifi but that was the fault of the provider and not the hoteliers

I loved how clean the room we stayed in was, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly and respectful, we had a very good time in Skegness even though it was in winter we made the most of it and the hotel was amazing in making sure we was comfortable in the room we stayed in for our 3 night Cant day anything I didn’t like about the hotel

Too many emails

The room was lovely, clean & cosy. The view from the balcony was just amazing, be able to see the sea from our balcony.

I wouldn’t say it affected us much as we was out for most of the day, but the remote control for the TV wasn’t working. We managed to get the TV on with buttons on the TV, but the picture was very crackling like there was not much signal.
