The Eastleigh

The manager Paula is lovely nothing is too much trouble for her, always bright and bubbly . The staff are very helpful and friendly too. The room was very clean everything spotless tea and coffee and milk in room plenty of storage, plenty of lighting room was very restful very well thought out. Shower took a bit of getting used too but not a major problem it was probably me . I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back will be telling family and friends where to stay in skegness,

The managers were brilliant nothing to much for them very helpful and although check in finished at 7pm we were able to ring ahead to let Paula one of the managers know we were delayed due to traffic and a traffic incident on our way down they kept our room and could not have been more wellcome. They do breakfast which smelled delicious but we did not indulge in due to both having major hangovers 🤣🤣🤣❤️

The people who run this hotel and were this hotel is within two minutes of everything you need in including clubs pubs beach markets ect definitely booking again for next year for yet another great reggae wkender ❤️ There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Recommend this hotel to book anytime as open all the year round.

Easy to find. Well maintained. Very friendly owner who gave the impression she cared for the comfort of her guests and wouldn't stand any nonsense. It was the start of June but it was cold so pleased the heating was on when I arrived. Shower cubicle a good size and the controls were easy to work. Towels excellent size and soft. Toiletries basic. The little fridge was useful. No traffic noise and first night was very quiet. Room not very big but adequate. TV easy to use. Overall quite good value for money.

Steps up to front door very steep. It was still cold second day but the heating didn't come on. Wrapped the throw around me first thing in the morning and evening. Bed was too hard for me but the pillows were just right. Disturbed by the people above me second night. Often a problem in older properties were the insulation isn't up to modern standards.

The Eastleigh was amazing. I went with my little girl for our first ever trip away together, and she loved every second. Paula was a fantastic host. Everybody there was friendly and the room was perfect. They made us very welcome, and we are definitely going to be going back soon. It's only a stone's throw from the pier. The staff were also very helpful when we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Skegness!

I liked everything about The Eastleigh, We have been staying at The Eastleigh for years due to the location, is great it is situated close to the beach and all amenities. Paula the host greeted me and was very polite ( as she always is ). I was given the family room which was to my surprise as I had booked a superior room ( thank you Paula ) I love room 3 because of the amount of space in that room. The room and cleanliness was excellent I can not fault The Eastleigh. 10 out of 10 and I would recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Skegness, you will not regret it. See you again soon Paula.

Everything about it the location was spot on, the owner was very friendly couldn't do enough for us, room was spotlessly clean and Everything matched. Although it didn't serve meals that wasn't a problem as there is plenty of places to eat within a 5 min walk. I seriously cannot complain about anything at all even had hairdryer and straightners in the room incase you forgot to bring yours just a little added extra. Anyone who visits this property will be sure to return as I definitely know that we will.

Absolutely, the best! Within easy distance of everything! Me and my son really enjoyed our stay here. The beautifully decorated room (No5) was big enough for the both of us, and the bed was so comfortable. The shower/bathroom room was huge compared to what we've had before at previous places too. It wasn't just the main things though... it was the littler things that didn't go unnoticed either, like the mini fridge and water, and the way the towels were arranged upon arrival on the bed with the little chocolates. Plenty of coffee and tea making facilities too! Paula really does take pride in her work at this guesthouse, and she's super friendly and down to earth! I won't say I'll book again... because I already have for next year :) And I'll also be booking another cheeky Halloween break for this year too. My Sons orders! See you very soon! :)

The fact that we had to come home :(

The hotel is absolutely wonderful,its our second stay here and will definitely return as soon as we can,we didn't want to leave today, the staff are amazing,so friendly and welcoming and spoke to us like friends and not just as a guest,we love the eastleigh we were very happy we got the booking as it was our 4th wedding anniversary weekend and wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else,so thank you from is both and see you again soon x

The shower was a bit too hot bit we managed with it

The lady that greeted us was very friendly and full of local knowledge so was able to answer and recommend with every query we had. We was made to feel comfortable. The room was clan, smoke free and presently decorated. The bed was comfortable.

If I had to say something "bad" it would be softer pillows but that is my personal opinion and a lot of people disagree with me on that wife included
