Great location and free parking . Very clean and tidy and the host was lovely. Perfect for family breaks.
The lock on the door leading out to the balcony was difficult to open as the key was bent. The carpet strip between the living room and landing has a screw that wasn't flush to it which one of us stood on, just needs screwing in. Also the shower wasn't very powerful. These are just small things if I had to choose something I disliked. I would stay again and would recommend to friends etc.

Everything- the apartment was clean and tidy, beds were comfy. The location is central to absolutely everything. Aramide who manages The Chadwick gave us a lovely welcoming and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok for us.
We as a family was happy with everything.

The lounge was great to chill in. The bed was so comfy. The bedroom was a little small but great to just sleep in. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen floor was a little uneven but part of the character. I could just about see tge sea behind the trees. Great location. Near to the beach and shops. Just a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again. A must. Wolf's wine bar. Great food and drinks and reasonably priced.

Lovely stay, apartment bigger than expected and perfectly comfortable for family of five. Great value for money and location is perfect. Very warm welcome on arrival. Expected street noise but even on Saturday night was very peaceful with the windows ajar. Hope to stay again in future.

I like that it was very close to the beach and local attractions. There's parking at the back of the facility which is great. Alternatively, in front, there's 2 free hours parking (no return within one hour).
I liked everything about the property. It was perfect for our family needs

Lovely owner who was very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were perfect for our needs as a family of 3 and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was super soft and the whole place had a cozy and homely feel. It was really close to the attractions of Skegness.

The property was close enough to the town but far enough away that it wasn’t loud or busy.
The only negative was that it’s an old building and the floorboards creaked so could hear when anyone was walking around.

The location was central yet away from loud noises. We had everything we needed along with ample parking space. Host was very responsive. Great for a weekend getaway :)
Wifi was a bit slow but nothing major really :)
