Helen and Pete are very helpful, welcoming and friendly hosts. The property is placed at very convinient spot - close to the coast as well as short drive from Eden Project. I had nice room facing east so I was able to watch sunrise every morning, my bathroom was good size with nice shower, their garden and orchard are open to guests - I could walk barefoot in grass and play with Tobby (their little dog). I really enjoyed my stay and definetely will come back given the chance.

The only glitch is the accute angle to manuver your car into the driveway from the main road. However once you make it through its doable so not a big deal.

Never met hosts like Pete and Helen 👌Their only goal, as they said themselves, was for us to be happy during our stay. They succeeded in every way. We can only hope for you who reads this review that you will have the chance to share this experience 🥰. The accommodation is ideally located for visits to the Eden project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the area around St Austell. Go and enjoy 🙏

The attention to detail, the homely atmosphere. Friendly, pleasant hosts, very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole stay was a most positive experience. We'll done Peter and Helen!

The only negative point was the access road and tricky entrance. The farmers had made a mess of the approach road which Peter said he would tackle them about the next day.

The breakfast was very very good, lots of choice, couldn’t eat it all, so skipped the eggs on day two, location wise quite difficult to find, thought it would be a bit noisier as next to railway tracks, but not bothered at all by the few trains that went by. It was was very peaceful.

Not sure I would have changed anything at all, location is location.

Very welcoming, clean and a homely atmosphere. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of fresh fruit and eggs straight from the hens! Excellent double glazing which cut out all the noise at night time.

We spent little time at the venue but loved the fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden. Nothing to dislike here!

Excellent hosts and amazing poached eggs . Clean comfortable room. A quiet location in the countryside.

Not used to being so close to trains but not an issue and no worse than lorries etc

Love everything from the host, Helen & Pete are extremely exceptional. Room is super comfy. Fantastic breakfast & ambiance. Got a very warm welcome from Toby & Taz. It’s truly home away from home.

We cannot fault anything about our stay, Pete and Helen were so hospitable. The location was like a hidden gem.

There wasn’t anything we disliked.
