The staff here were excellent. Fraser met us when we arrived early to store our bags and was able to check us in. He and the other staff were so accommodating! When they discovered we would be checking out before breakfast was available, they arranged to have a boxed breakfast waiting for us to take at checkout! We also ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was delicious. Fraser again was wonderful and sat us in the best seat in the restaurant.

The room was a little tired, and some windows were lacking blinds. It was an unusually hot day, and blinds would have been useful to keep the room cool.

Fantastic restaurant, lovely, helpful staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the city centre.

Not at all their fault but felt a little nervous crossing that road to get to and from the hotel, especially with suitcases and children! There's no crossing so you kind of have to take your chances. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little old fashioned. The bathrooms are a bit small and unless I'm mistaken there is no netflix so not great choice of entertainment.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly giving advice on facilities, local area and nearest EV charging point. The EV charger was at the local council offices a short walk from the hotel we left care overnight to charge Food was delicious. The room was very large and comfortable with a bath and shower en-suite. Roadside but not disturbed by traffic. The hall ways and our room was in need of redecoration

Just that ithe venue needed some redecorating.

Plenty free parking behind the hotel in their private carpark, just remember to log your car details in at reception. Seamless check in by very efficient, friendly and polite duty manager, Gemma. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bar restaurant for later where we met up for a drink with student daughter and boyfriend. Reasonably priced alcoholic drinks and nice service. Breakfast was good and Gemma on duty again, kindly let our daughter join us for a farewell coffee as we ate breakfast. All these little gestures made a difference to us and we'll definitely be back. Next time for daughters graduation day evening meal so looking forward to that already!

Double bed was too squishy for our liking and bedroom heating was set too high on arrival.....but that's just personal preference and we turned radiator off and opened windows! All good.

Fletchers is very central in Stirling. Good free parking at the property which is a bonus during a city break. The bedroom was spacious with a king size bed and comfortable seating as well. Water and a hospitality tray are provided. The en-suite bathroom had a powerful shower and bath sheet towels. We enjoyed dinner. The cauliflower tempura for starter was light and delicious followed by chicken balmoral and chicken katsu curry. Both main dishes were very well prepared and cooked. The breakfast was freshly prepared to order and again delicious. The staff at Fletchers were both very welcoming and attentive.

Great location, on the edge of town, 5 min walk to the centre. Smooth check-in. Attentive, friendly, smiley staff. Large, clean, room. King-sized, comfy, bed. Good sized wardrobe. Large bathroom. Smooth check-out.

The room is large, which is great, but better (design) use of the space should be made to make it feel more homely. Only one soft chair, whereas a 2-seater couch at the end of the bed would be ideal. Plenty of wall space to hang larger pictures and a larger mirror. Look closely at the decorating finish, it's apparent that the painter's attention to detail was lacking. Sub-standard. Same can be said for the sealant work in the bathroom. Sub-standard. It wouldn't take much to make the room feel more luxurious with some designer touches, even if that then resulted in an increased cost.

Friendly staff kept luggage before room checkin and after checkout while I went to visit Stirling Castle. Room nicely laid out with bonus of biscuits, free Scottish book and bath. Tea/coffee facilties (sadly no fruit tea or chocolate but I'm the odd person who doesn't like coffee or standard tea). Close to bus stop and not too far from train/bus station. Waitrose close by, but not late opening.

There wasn't a lot of traffic but single glazing let a lot of noise through. Steps up to front door (might be step free through parking area?). Bit disappointed with breakfast as it was single choice from cut down public brunch menu. Only tea or coffee option.

The location was perfect and the property certainly looks grand. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was large but showed signs of wear and tear , the windows held up with screws and blinds missing but there were very good black out curtains. The breakfast selection was fabulous and cooked freshly but well worth the short wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My main problem was in the bathroom, again the windows were propped open and the blind was missing from the window right beside the toilet and shower. The windows were frosted however you could see the outline of the user making it uncomfortable to use. The shower was badly grouted with a mass of silicone present as well as a slow clearing drain.

The room was terrific and the service very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very luxurious. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful.

I wish they had another lamp beside the second chair (that was not lit by the window), but that’s because my wife and I like to both sit and read. So it probably doesn’t matter to many people.

the staff were fantastic! super friendly and quite hilarious when we were checking in. loads of fun. the restaurant staff were very personable, in particular a nice fellow who waited on us at breakfast and another lively woman as well. (she has a young toddler)

if I have to “complain” I would say the pillows were rather hard and flat.
