The room met my expectations and was very clean, comfortable. I also liked of being able to make tea, coffee and biscuits provided in the room. There was a nice assortment of food, juice, milk, coffee and tea to choose from for a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast was inclusive of the room without an extra charge for it. A full English breakfast could be ordered for £7.00. I had dinner in the hotel of Prawns for starter, Fish and Chips for the main course. The quality of the food was outstanding and delicious. I was swerved by Ben who provided professional excellent service. The Greek lady member of staff who was working at the reception was very helpful, friendly and efficient besides highly appreciated for helping me sort out Google maps on my mobile phone.

It would have been nice to have been provided with shower instructions. The shower was hot for me and didn`t know how to make cold water mix with the hot water.

A very spacious room, paid extra for the spa bath. Comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel were quick to answer questions prior to booking. Free parking a bonus. Hairdryer in room and iron in very large wardrobe. I stayed on a Monday so no noise issues from nightclub, although there were plenty of warnings before booking. As paid extra was on 2nd floor so possibly less noise if you stay on the weekend. Plenty of choice for hot drinks too. Water & gin not included!

The spa bath left little black bits floating in water after using. Although bath clean, perhaps could do with being filled and run, to clear out debris more often. Wasn’t informed about breakfast, if included or where to go. I got back late and tipsy. Couldn’t get in, and started to panic as on my own, there was a note on the door, but couldn’t read as back-to-back and light shining through. Walked around building trying doors, before returning and finding receptionist standing outside. Also a bit weird that ALL TVs and lights were on at 1am when closed.

the property was central and just what we needed, the lady let us check in at 2 as we had a wedding at 3 and after the long drive for us we needed to freshen up and get back out so that was great!!!

In no section of the booking did we read that the townhouse had a nightclub at weekends, we came back tired around 11.30pm and i being sober was kept awake by the loud music under our room till 3am , if we had known I would’ve booked somewhere quieter, unfair as we didn’t even get to ask to be loved as the reception was shut

The room was clean,tidy and comfortable. Great tea tray and an iron and board save you asking at the desk like most places. Staff were friendly welcoming and very helpful. If we have a need to go back to Sutton we would definitely book again.

Our window was propped open with a piece of wood, it was a little awkward to open and close while holding the wood to put in place. Also no headboard which is a small thing I know but when the gap between the bed and the wall is sizeable it consumes most of your pillow. Also maybe better blinds as the room becomes quite bright first thing.

Beautifully furnished ❤️ Clean ❤️ Family Bedroom very spacious and comfortable and well facilitated .. All staff where lovely people .. polite … friendly and made very welcome. + free parking and continental breakfast included ❤️

We liked all .. but to say don’t forget your ear plugs because it is a night Club Friday and Saturday .. you always have the opportunity to socialise and a dance if you wish .. we were fine ☺️👍

Although well informed on the hotel description of the noise from the venue downstairs (so not an issue for us) the volume was much louder than expected. Just a heads-up to those who aren’t tipsy enough to sleep through it - we were fine :)

The location was perfect for our night out at the town hall, The hotel is clean and we had a comfortable bed the Staff were lovely and the street food cooked fresh for us at 23.40 was delicious It was a Friday night so it was a bit noisy but we knew in advance so it wasn’t a problem will definitely use this hotel again!

The only thing I wished there were a few coat hangers in the bedroom for our clothes

Been a few times now, location great, plenty of car park space (free). Room nice and warm, coffee and tea facilities, iron - board -hairdryer. Love the pub below, decorated beautiful. The food has always been good when we have stayed. The staff was so helpful, we was arriving 8.45pm so needed food, I rang to say would we be to late for food, they was happy to take order over the phone and had it ready 5 mins on our arrival, they really went above and beyond also sorting out a previous reservation we made a mistake on over Xmas. So thank you to the Bianca and the manger we were very happy customers.

I saw other people’s reviews mentioned noise, we didn’t come across this on our stays, only normal road noise.

The room was quite modern with a comfy bed and a desk which i used to work from. The only issue was the walls were very thin so noise travelled through them. I did not have time for breakfast but there is cooked and continental on offer. I'd stay at this property again as the location was good and there was parking.

The walls were too thin in the bedroom.

The style, finish and thoughtfulness re the facilities ie plenty of plug sockets, USB plugs in the bedside lamps, toiletries provided etc

I didn't feel safe as the door didn't lock from the inside. When addressed I was told the door did lock and the opening when locked was a safety feature.. Also faffing getting into the hotel section of the building with the swipe cards.. Know they are not kidding when they say music is loud at the weekend- I could have sung along the music was that recogniseable, despite being several floors up.
