The location was really beautiful, in the countryside with incredible views, especially from our room! It was exceptionally quiet so we slept really well. The room design was gorgeous, comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is included, along with lovely homemade produce; you can buy additional cooked brekkie too which we did one morning, and it was delicious! The small town of Tenbury Wells was less than a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. We travelled from Ireland so rented a car - highly advise to have your own transport as the place is rural, however, there are taxi services in Tenbury Wells. This is a new business ran by a really lovely, welcoming family, and we felt very comfortable and well looked after! Definitely recommend :)

Excellent breakfast, great to be one of the earlier guests as everything was new, room was fitted out very well. Staff were very friendly and helped with sorting a taxi into Tenbury for us. Stunning views as well across the valley and a particularly comfortable bed.

Unfortunately we did have to wait an hour for someone to let us in, we were 30mins earlier than the arrival slot I gave, however I would have expected someone to be there to cover a slightly early arrival. I tried a couple of times to call the number provided by didn't get any response. I understand this is a new venture and Anna was incredibly apologetic about them not being there for arrival so will chalk it up to a learning experience. One other small thing was the glasses and crockery needed a quick clean prior to using just a minor gripe but these are the elements that separate incredible from great.

Stunning location, with gorgeous views- our evening spent enjoying wine and the sunset on our private patio in a real highlight. Rooms were beautifully designed, but not at the cost of comfort. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and hospitable- really the icing on the cake. Food was excellent- both the upgrades to a home cooked evening meal and full English breakfast are highly recommended. Absolute feel of luxury and quality- with down to earth, lovely hosts.

We had a great stay with our 2 children, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by Anna and Tom who were so welcoming and helpful suggesting routes of walks around the fields. Hanley House is a beautiful accommodation spacious rooms and lovely decor throughout a true labor of love! The views from our rooms were amazing.Thank you for having us.

Maybe to add a water guard at the edge of the showers just to catch the excess water. That we didn’t stay for longer.

Outstanding accommodation, so good that we extended our stay, the room was imaculate and Anna and Tom, the host's, were very accommodating. The views from the decking were wonderful, we watched red kites in the mornings and beautiful sunsets at night. A great location to explore the area. Anna's evening meals are recommended. We would definitely return!

TV and WiFi reception was poor but could have been due to the spectacular thunderstorm

We received a warm welcome when we checked in. The room was lovely and modern, the view from the terrace was amazing. We chose not to add on breakfast but still received a continental breakfast in our room which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!

First I would like to mention how amazing the owner is, she made us feel so welcome. The views are to die for and the room we stayed in was spotless and very very comfortable. Best place I have ever stayed.

We loved the fact that we were supporting a young family. Such lovely decor and especially loved the Japanese loo! Breakfast was just the right amount. Overall loved it. The view was stunning.
