The Sleep-Inn Hare B&B0

Normally we stay in hotels but there were none near on this occasion so we tried B&B and it was really good. Our preference would be a hotel with air con and dining but we would be happy to use a BB again based on this experience if no hotel near our chosen location. Check in was smooth and friendly and the room was nice and clean and a great shower. We loved the decor.

We haven’t marked it down as overall a great experience and so more suggestions really. We think a small chair or stool in the bedroom would be handy as for ladies the make regime required standing or sitting on the floor to use a mirror. Also the breakfast room would benefit from a blind at the top of the window as the sun beams in your face during breakfast.

We travelled as a family of 6 in 3 rooms, each room was individual and very spacious. I was shocked at how large the rooms were, almost like having your own apartment. Every room was exceedingly clean and every attention to detail was perfect. Our hosts were very obliging, 4 of our party were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble for Luke and Rachel. We stayed for 2 days and had the Full English Breakfasts on both days, the breakfasts were large and very tasty. Tere was nothing to dislike with the sleep inn hare and we would love to return again. highly recommended.

Our room was clean, bright and airy, and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities. I loved that there was a separate seating area to the side of the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked as expected. Also an added touch for me was the small off street car park at the rear of the property.

My only gripe was the two radiators that we had in our room, rwere both Luke warm for the duration of our stay. Thankfully it wasn’t super cold this weekend (and too be fair both me and my partner often feel the chill very easily) however it would have been nice to be able to control the temperature in our room.

Our stay at the Sleep-Inn Hare was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and clean, it is located a short walk from the shore which made it excellent to go and grab some dinner in the evening. The staff were super accomodating, we were allowed to drop our bags off early which was lovely of them and then we were also allowed a slightly late check out because there had been an issue with the water for our showers. The omelette I had for breakfast was also delicious. All around it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again if I were to head back to Herne Bay.

The whole weekend was wonderful. We travelled as a family to my sisters wedding on the pier. Luke and Rachel were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble, we arrived late due to traffic, they allowed us to eat a take away meal in their dining area as the restaurants had stopped serving meals at the time of our arrival. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definetly return.

What a gem we have found! Beautiful B&B decorated to the highest standard with state of the art bathroom and very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all amazing supplies including toiletries, refreshments and drinking water from Rachel our stay perfect. The B&B has their own parking area which is a godsend. Close to King’s Hall which was perfect for our night out. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much 😄

The room was very clean and nicely arranged with interesting decorations. The breakfast room was also very clean. Everything looked brand new.

It would have been nice to have a small dressing table in the room. Secondly, it would be nice if they have a reception counter. There wasn't any and each time we needed to speak to the owner, we had to press the doorbell on their door. It felt as if we were disturbing them and intruding their privacy. I didn't feel comfortable in this respect. I understand that the owner lives at the property and wanted their privacy but if they could make an open reception counter, it would make the place feel more comfortable and more like a hotel.

Sleep-Inn Hare BnB is the best BnB we have ever stayed in - there was literally not a fault to mention/notice! Luke and Rachel did everything they could to make our stay stress free and comfortable! Free parking at the rear of the building was handy and safe! Breakfast every morning was lovely and it was great to have the option between cooked/cold breakfast! We stayed in room 3 which was cute, cosy and nicely decorated - we had our own living room, bathroom with the most amazing power shower and a super king-size bed which gave us the best nights sleep in months! It was really helpful to have a key to the main front door as this meant we didn't feel like we were bothering anyone. Sleep-Inn Hare is in a really good location in terms of access to Herne Bay seafront - easily a short 10/15 minute walk. Thank you so much for our lovely stay - we will definitely be back!

This is a really nice B&B and we had an enjoyable stay. The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The full english breakfast was tasty and well presented.

I would have liked choice of granary bread/toast rather than just white or brown, and there were no yoghurts that we could see (which were listed on the website). The advertised window for check-in is a little late (4-8pm) but we were able to check in before that.

the B&B is very clean. We had room 3. it is huge. we had a seating area in the bedroom and a separate lounge. great if you are planning a longer trip as would be really relaxing. The bed was big and comfortable but the place is very quiet so we were not disturbed. there is off street parking so this is a gem but also makes getting your luggage to and from the car easy. the breakfast was very tasty and good quality. . lots of coffees and teas. cereals and toasts if you could fit it in. we also went to the fish snd chip shop on the roundabout as recommended and it’s the best we have had for years.
