Lovely apartment. Good location, close to the train station and parking if required. The cleaners were very nice the next morning. Nice little touches of water in the fridge and shower gels etc.Just a big shame to have caused stress by no contact. One email/phone call l to confirm all ok....would have made the difference.

The terrible lack of communication from the owners. Agreed an early check in, weeks in advance, as we were going to a wedding. To be mucked around the night before. Tried calling many, many times at different times of the day. Email bounces back. Ridiculous when you are paying £200 a night!

Two apartments booked for parents and Grandparents. They loved it, it was spotless, modern and very well appointed, everything you could need in the cupboards, accessible room was amazing. My Grandad was suffering after an operation went wrong, this room was great apparently, giving space to move around and shower etc. Close to the centre but the rooms were really quiet.

Everything about the apartment was absolutely amazing, clean, cozy and beautiful. The shower was one of the best quality showers we've ever had. They provided so much nice stuff like good hot chocolate, shower caps, biscuits, a heated towel rack. It felt so homely and we seriously loved every second of it. We will DEFINITELY be coming back again next time we're in York and would 100% recommend - I really can't get over how nice it was

We were waiting outside the apartment in the rain for about 20 minutes with no clue how to get in and the number provided wasn't going through on either of our phones so we had a bit of a panic but eventually they texted us the code. Would've been nice to know in advance that it would be a texted code and also if it was sent to us right when check in was or earlier that day, or if the phone number provided had worked

Brilliant location, right next to the train station. Two minute walk to wetherspoons pub. Very close to the city center. Lovely apartment perfect size for couples. Really appreciated that the washing machine had a drying function. Came in so handy as we got soaked while walking round york. So easy to enter appartment, got a message on the booking app from the owners at check in time. Proved me with door number and code. So simple to operate, they even broke it down into steps incase your not technology savy. Found out this information while shopping was great, I could continue my day instead of rushing back for a check in process. Bed was very comfortable, fresh clean sheets. Cleanliness standards was high. Wooden stairs can be slippery with wet feet. I do recommend packing slippers. Overall I really enjoyed my night here, will be booking again.

This apartment is so lovely, the location is amazing and just off a section of the city wall. Lovely bars very close by and all within walking distance. The stay was reasonably priced and the apartment is very well equipped. Was great to have washing facilities but could probably do with a drying rack or line. Attention to detail has been paid to ensure comfort of guests, good instructions by the owners in getting to, into and around the apartment. Also included little bits in case you had forgotten. The owners are very helpful and on call if required. Convenient parking and fully covered with CCTV. Free WiFi available and clean property.

Currently construction next door, loud banging early morning and throughout the morning. This could not be helped by the apartment.

I really liked the location of the accommodation, within the city walls and a stone's throw to all the attractions in York. We decided to travel by train and this was perfect with no hassle it been so close to the station. The rooms are of high quality and present themselves very clean and tidy. I would stay here again, and a bonus of the pub been only next door.

There was a group of 10 who booked the accommodation and unfortunately two members within group had there room cancelled, due to maintenance issues. This was the only thing which was a problem.

These are gorgeous an perfect for a weekend in York. Myself & my partner decided to book an extra night because we didn’t want to come home! The apartments were just what we was looking for. Amazing location from the centre 10 minute walk! No need to check in and wait around. We received a text from the owner an got in straight away! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Only down side is that the property was little bit untidy. The coach still had bits of food on an down the sides from the previously people and the remote was all sticky but nothing we couldn’t pick up ourselves.

Location was ideal for us, very central. Staff who were maintaining neighbouring apartment were great on arrival and very helpful. Shower was exceptional. Lots of high spec features in the apartment but a few details lacking, TV remote needed new batteries, glass floor panel edging was sharp. Great extras, like cereal and disposable toothbrushes. Would be ideal place to stay if you missed the last train! Good stay overall, and plan to stay again. Would recommend for 2 nights + as much better value

Thursday morning bottle collection at neighbouring bar was pre 6am, which wasn't great

Location was great and it’s a lovely Apartment with everything you need Well stocked with tea coffe etc and toiletries

The parking is 1st come 1st serve and there are only about 5 or 6 spots - we had the impression from the ad on booking.com there would be enough, there wasn’t . And it’s only when you get the confirmation you see the 1st come 1st serve info. We had to park and pay at the machine on the street which is expensive, I would have booked a car park if I’d have known.

Everything you need is here in this apartment. whether you are staying for one night or several. There is a cooker. fridge freezer, toaster, breville toastie machine and even a washing machine. There is private Parking too if required. It is only a 5 minute walk into Leeds so is ideally situated! The apartment was very clean and even had complimentary tea, coffee and milk. We will definitely be coming back here and will be recommending here to our family and friends.
