Hampton Inn & Suites Phenix City- Columbus Area

All the staff were helpful, courteous, kind. They are the Best! Everything was clean, the hotel smelled great; the room was spacious; the bed and linens were comfortable and smelled great; the TV was larger than we expected; and the breakfast was good….food selections and fresh fruit for everyone! My husband and I were there for a convention and this bite was convenient to everything! We will definitely look forward to any opportunity to another stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites!

The staff were awesome. Angela at front desk was very attentive and friendly. Brittney went above and beyond with my 3 year old grandson. We left my grandsons tablet in room after leaving. Angela went to our room and saved at front desk for me. Brittney Made sure we had pool towels and snacks. It was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was outstanding.. will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

The property was CLEAN and INVITING, Well Lighting.

nothing about the property was negative . it was the fact I was online and I was at the point of putting my info for the $98.00 rate and the screen was gone. i don’t know how to retrieve it. therefore I wasn’t able to get a confirmation number. the staff wasn’t able to help me I was told I Must have a Conformation number or there was nothing they can do. therefore I went back online and ended up having to pay $160.00 it was late and I was tried needed sleep.

Upon entering the hotel it was very clean and smelled wonderful the staff that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming she even gave Complementary bottles of water getting to the room the room was very clean and spacious the breakfast was hot and fresh and very nice I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again and it was a short distance from the Columbus Civic Center

The beautiful newly decorated Lobby and rooms, The bed was soooo comfortable.

I was not too impressed with the breakfast. It was one step above a continental breakfast because it had eggs and sausage. More Hot food items would have been nice, such as potatoes, or a breakfast casserole or breakfast pizza, pancakes ready.

The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was just right for me.

Black bacteria was growing along the shower door tracks in an otherwise very clean bathroom.

I liked the location. The woman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. I booked a room that I saw online but I missed that it didn't have a fridge and microwave. Coming up from Florida, I had drinks and food to warm up so it was needed. She changed my room and put me in a room that had those items. Staying there a few days came in handy. Picking up food from nearby restaurants and having something to heat it up and keep our drinks cold was a blessing. Just from the effort she put forth putting us in a room that meets the needs, I can't say enough about her service and how glad I chose this hotel to stay. They cleaned and tape sealed the door so you know they exercised covid19 cleaning. They boxed up a breakfast that was better than other places we stayed that chose not to do anything. I'm glad they put forth the best they could for their guests and I'm glad we stayed there.

I was hesitant because of the location, but I must say the property exceeded my expectations. We were all very much satisfied with the friendly staff, rooms, to the breakfast. Vey pleasant atmosphere.

Didn’t have have the bigger plates for breakfast but that didn’t put a damper on our stay.

Rooms were clean and spacious; breakfast was delicious and the staff was great.

This place never seems to have any liggage carts available... I have never seen this problem at any other place that I stayed but they didn't have any the last time either...

Nicely updated! Wonderful General Manager whom has a wonderful staff! Probably as fine of a staff that I have ever encountered!
