SureStay Hotel by Best Western Columbus Downtown

Clean room and 10 walking distance to downtown Columbus. Very comfortable bed.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, but the owner told me he was travelling and the receptionist he hired was very bad with customers. I expected the worst, but needed accommodation downtown. I was very pleasantly surprised by a very nice receptionist and good service + nice room.

The location for the price. The cleanless of the room (aside of the welcome little 3 bugs) especially the bed sheets', toilette and bathtub. The quietness. The size of the room. The electric appliances (microwave and fridge. The bars to hang clothes. The fact that there was some type of breakfast.

The 3-4 little bugs crawling on the floor when I arrived. The fact that there was the top cap of a deodorant bar on the floor when I got into the room. I left it there. There was neither soap nor towel paper in the breakfast room restroom when I checked in around 6:45pm. The cereal I tried for breakfast was not crispy. The airconditioning was very loud. The misunderstanding about my preference of the room floor was slightly annoying: I had to go back down and remind that I wanted an upper floor.

The location was good. It was a little loud with the traffic and the trains but it felt safe compared to other places I have stayed in the area. I arrived hours earlier than I was supposed to and they got the room ready for me for an extra fee but I didn't mind since I was tired from the drive.

Everything was good.

place was clean but there was a couple little roaches in bathroom one time , after that didn’t see any. an one night at 11:30 someone came thru an knocked on door . but other then that was good no one bother us .

Location was very good rooms were clean and comfortable

At night there was string weed smell that came in through walls and guest outside very loud early morning not really a hotel dislike can't control people

The woman working (King) was so nice she help us park large truck and 25' tralior that was13' tall tralior. Helped with tv. She was so nice and helpful.

Breakfest a little disapointing.

Was close to Military base perfect location for me Great breakfast Great stuff Safe Close to all the store restaurants etc Love it

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The property is not elegant but seemed freshly painted.

I think there could have been more outlets in accessible places.

The Staff was Amazing. Room was very clean and looked great. My stay was very quiet & relaxing. I will definitely be returning and will also recommend to friends & Family. Thank You

I don't have any dislikes about this hotel.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and great for value and price. Especially as other locals were price galging horribly due to college game day. They helped with my need for early checkin due to work schedule. Very pleasant owners and/or staff.
