My son graduated from basic training and this hotel is no more than 2 mins away which I loved. This is our second stay and the staff was still very nice an welcoming. The rooms are a great size. Love that they have a lil kitchen. And the beds are super comfy.

For my second time staying, I thought it would be a little cleaner, but it was not. Restrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen utensils. There is no carpet, so the bottom of my sons feet were very dirty.

Staff was pleasant, commona areas were clean, smelled good upon arrival, beds were comfortable

Placed looked rough on the exterior, side door not working. Only suggestion - the room floors were STICKY AND NASTY. Use a good shark vacuum and mop your way out the room with JUST HOT WATER AND A DROP OF PINESOL/MR.CLEAN. I promise you will not regret it. EVERY OTHER CLEAN (RINSE) THE FLOOR WITH WATER ONLY. This will make such a difference. The floor was the only issue. It was like someone halfway swept and then mopped with too much chemical or with a dirty mop. We had to wear shoes the entire stay. The only time we didnt have then on is when we slept.

Everything! Breakfast was great! Staff was helpful and so friendly. We arrived early and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had 4 young children and the staff was so friendly and understanding. This will be our go to whenever we travel to Columbus.

Only complaint I can think of is we rented a queen suite and there was no really chairs to sit but other then that it was perfect full size refrigerator, stove, utensils pots and pans even cupboard space was great.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. We wound up staying an extra night, and the second room was not as nice as the first, so I graded it a little lower overall, but it may have been in the process of being renovated. Breakfast was great!

The plank flooring in our second room had a tear in it and I snagged my foot on it. Hope that gets replaced. Other than that, we had a good experience. I would stay there again.

I have rated this hotel several times due to frequent business in the area over the past 2 years. It is the best value in Columbus, with comfortable, spacious, affordable rooms.

Each and every stay, there is one problem: strong smell of pot in the hallways. Every single time. Guess they just do not mind paying the fee for smoking in their room. Complained last year a couple times. Didn't help.

Breakfast was fine, it was not the traditional breakfast because of Covid, The location was excellent, close to Walmart and my storage, Battery went dead in car and was able to walk to Auto zone, Lost my debit card and the staff found it and returned it. Loved the honesty.

Nothing. Everything was just beautiful. Very clean hotel and staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel highly, Kids upstairs was noisy at times but they lived there, Told staff and they actually moved me.

Property was great. The staff was probably the best thing for me. They were so friendly and always checking on you.

They take your payment out before you ever get to the property to check in. Our payment was due by 1pm and we were still 8 hours away from checking in.

we absolutely love the room it had new wood like flooring no yucky carpet. Complete kitchen with utensils such as a frying pan and plates. An apartment size refrigerator. The The beds were very comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. and an ironing board in the closet that I actually used for the first time in my life!

The garbage disposed of by the trees in the parking lot by other guests.

For the price, there is nowhere else better in Columbus. Clean, well furnished rooms very close to Ft Benning for 20-30 bucks less than other similar properties. One of the best values anywhere. The courtyard is nice. Breakfast better this time with real food. The previous 5 stays were grab and go.

Seems to always be someone smoking pot in the rooms and it seeps out to hallways. I have never reported it so no big deal. Hope to have juice or more drinks for breakfast soon. Only had milk.

Maid service!! Didn't get any clean bathroom linens, no paper towels. When asked about the trash they rudely said we had to put it in the hall. We had to go to the front desk to get our towels.
