Sleep Inn & Suites Columbus next to Fort Moore

The whole place was amazing!! It was family friendly, pet friendly, military friendly...it was just great!! The beds were so comfy. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. They had wood laminate floor, sink, fridge and microwave i the room. It was so big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing!! They had eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurts, cereals, and muffins. The pool was beautiful, the laundry facility was nice. $3 to wash, and $3 to dry,but u get 60mins on the dryer, so ur clothes are actually dry, and u dont have to keep going down to check it every 6mins. Im. A travel nurse and stay in alot of hotels across the country, this was my first time in a main stays. I will def be staying here again in my nxt contract. I will def book this particular hotel for the nxt army graduation!!

There was not one thing i didnt like!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was clean. Our room was comfortable. We had breakfast a couple of mornings in the lobby dining area and it had a good selection of choices. Not meaning to be picky, but the luggage carts were small and it was difficult to get both suitcases on it along with the other items we brought.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the elevator and halls.

Good breakfast provided, variety of items. Comfortable bed, good desk lamp for work. Plenty of outlets for charging tech. No waiting for elevator. Scale model of the Infantry Museum, Army-themed decoration in common area. Excellent mini-fridge, additional sink in food prep area a plus.

Bathtub drain plug missing, facial tissue dispenser empty. Bathroom wall paint worn at top. Only regular coffee packs available at in-room coffee maker (I like decaf before bed). Really, these were all totally minor... OK, the bedside clock was 2 minutes slow (g) .

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the breakfast each morning. My service animals were not a problem for the staff. I was especially impressed with the size of the room.Really great stay. I will be back when on the area.

There was a day when a man who seemed to be intoxicated came to the pool an frightened guests. The hotel locked the front door to secure the hotel and called police..

Breakfast was nice. Hot items, staff brought more sausage so I could have meat. She was very nice and attentive. Coffee available all day. Location is near many restaurants and Walmart.

Only con, my grandson and I were very thirsty one night. There was nothing available to buy. Cooler was empty...( but, the clerk apologized over n over n gave us cups to get ice and water from the ice dispenser. We were in pjs and kinda late to go to store. This probably wasn't their fault I'm sure it had something to do with delivery. My room had a small amount of visible dust on the desk. Not bad I just took a sanitizer n wipe it down.

The room was spacious and clean with all of the kitchen needs. It was comfortable I enjoyed My stay, this is the second time I have stayed at Main Stay/Sleep Inn and I wasn't disappointed. I have recommended my relatives to stay and they were pleased with their stay.

I would have liked a few more towels and they only had 1 ice machine on 1st floor.

Clean enough. Room was very clean. I really liked that the room didn't have carpet. Good breakfast. Easy to get on and off the interstate for travel purposes. Good value for the price for sure.

The "moldy" smell in the hallways . It's normal for hotels but can be cleaned a little better and use carpet powder weekly to help with the smell. That's the only complaint I have. Honestly not anything to keep me from staying here

Breakfast was just OK. Eggs were cold, and not a big variety of choices.

There was 4 of us in 1 room for 2 nights. But only 2 towels. When asked if we could have 2 more towels we were told to bring the 2 we already had down to the desk for an additional towel. Made NO sense. But we finally received towels.

the staff was very very friendly. The room was huge we were able to put a blow up mattress in the room with two beds and still have plenty of room. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok

The shower didnt drain fast. the smell of pot in the hallway. even tho we didnt have any problems the area wasnt too bad but we were told we were in a bad neighborhood. no condiments for breakfast

The staff was very nice, especially the sweet lady serving breakfast. Breakfast was good. I liked that the room didn't have carpet. All hotels should make that change. The room was clean and comfy.

Didn't like that the laundry wasn't working. We were there for a swim meet, so I was hoping to wash towels and swim trunks at the hotel.
