Excellent location - Columbus has an awesome walkable downtown with parks, restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Decent fitness center. Gated parking (for a fee).
There is a flashing strobe light on the ceiling - it's probably fire related - but c'mon, this room is for sleeping, figure out a better system. In-room refrigerator did not have a freezer section.

Breakfast was good . The woman that prepared it was lovely .It was very well organized. My husband and I enjoyed it. The pool area was nice and the weight room was great .The location of the hotel was great . We loved the area!
We have nothing that we weren’t satisfied with. Our grandson will be doing his turning blue ceremony in Dec . And we hope to stay there again in Dec.

New and clean. Great breakfast. Complimentary drinks and snacks for Hilton Honors members. Very convenient to Trade Center. The shower was outstanding, just needed a handheld shower head.
It was small and compact. The bed didn’t seem to be the usual very comfortable quality at a Hampton.

Loved how friendly staff was, and how clean the room and building were.
I disliked the property parking. If you didn’t get back to your room by a certain time, there was no parking left in the upper or lower deck. Also didn’t like that the parking garage elevator did not work.

The location was perfect. It's close walking distance to everything in town and the river. Very clean and very friendly staff.
The only thing we didnt like were the pillows. They were terrible. They looked so fluffy but as soon as you put any pressure on them, they deflated to nothing.

Everything was in pristine, super clean condition and all staff were amazing and attentive. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot was on the smaller side but right behind the building and they had space for us. Breakfast in the morning was included and my kids loved making waffles!

The location wasn’t ideal. Loud cars cruised the road until 2am, reviving their engines and causing a disturbance. No fault of the hotel itself though.
