Comfort Suites Anchorage International Airport

We appreciated the variety of food choices, breakfast availability hours were great ! This made our mornings relaxing.(Who wants to rush around in morning?) The only thing that was disappointing was the coffee-not much flavor and a bit muddy. Could be the company you have contracted with?

The staff was amazing, friendly, responsive, just overall great attitudes, which made our experience Comfortable! Although there was one desk clerk (long hair, glasses, older woman) who was not very personable, was short /curt with other folks. (Maybe-she had a few difficult days?) Not very friendly.

Breakfast was nice, room was very clean and the room bathroom was great, with a large counter top. The room was quiet and so cozy, and spacious with a couch, fridge, iron, and microwave. The FREE hotel shuttle to and from the airport was also soooooooo great and convenient! Downtown Anchorage for shopping, dining, and exploring was only a short Lyft or Uber drive away from the hotel too. Very convenient location near airport and downtown. I will stay here again and highly recommend!!

I liked everything, but just wished breakfast was offered until 10 am instead of 9:30 am, but it still worked out great.

We arrived around 9:00 pm and the staff was friendly and able to check us right in. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. We had an early flight and made use of the free shuttle to the airport.

We asked for an extra comforter for the sofa bed and the person at the front desk said she was not able to give us one. Not sure why, but she did give us an extra blanket. Just a bit odd that they don't provide the same bedding for the pull-out bed as they do for the other beds. They had a bag breakfast for us to grab as we walked out, but it was a bit sparse. Bottled water, granola bar and a mint. When we asked for fruit, they gave us oranges, which was nice, but would have appreciated a muffin or something. We left the bottled water as we cannot take it through security at the airport. Duh.

Decor was nice, beds were great. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a good size. Shuttle was friendly and on time.

There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was hair in the tub. The carpet had pieces of things on the floor. If it had been vacuumed it was only down the middle of the floor. I have never experienced this with Comfort Suites-that is why I always stay with them!

Anchorage is very expensive, we would usually get 2 rooms but the price was prohibitive. This hotel had rooms for 6, 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, the location is good, close to the airport and you can also walk to the lake where the planes take off and there is a good restaurant at the lake called the Fancy Moose. The restaurant at the hotel was only open for breakfast. The breakfast was good, a usual American hot breakfast but also with biscuits and gravy, the gravy was especially good, heat the biscuits in the microwave to freshen them up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was good, free shuttle to the airport.

Satisfied all our requirements. I just wish staying in Anchorage wasn't so expensive.

Great breakfast with lots of variety; my kids had an amazing time making their own waffles and my toddler with several allergies was still able to find plenty to eat. The location was very convenient. Close to most of the city.

The parking lot had not been well attended to and with all the warm, sunny weather, there were several VERY large ice potholes. To the point that we avoided any additional outings after check-in due to not wanting to risk damaging my vehicle by hitting a deep drop off.

The bed was comfortable. Nice comforter. We slept good every night. This was most important to us when choosing our hotel. The staff was friendly and quick to respond when I needed assistance with my tv, getting me clean towels and answering questions about my bill.

The rooms were nice, comfy and clean. The location was great, close to the airport. The hotel decor was awesome with wildlife pictures and taxidermy. The breakfast room was nice and the continental Breakfast had a good selection of foods.

Someone bought snacks and charged it to our room. The hotel staff was not able to reverse the charge right away, but assured us they would reverse the charge. Still waiting.

Staff at reception were very nice, and the free morning Breakfast was a homerun! Breakfast they provided is what makes this hotel special.

I think the price was very high for what you get. We had booked two more nights in same hotel but after arrival in Anchorage, found lodging one block away that also provided free shuttles and warm breakfast but we saved $400.00 for the tow nights lodging. Comfortable room with no complaints, but for the price, it could be a little newer/fresher.

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We had family members in our party that are very hard of hearing, even with the fancy hearing aids. The staff took their time, slowed down and spoke clearly for them. The staff was knowledgeable about the are and could send us in the right direction for the various attractions in the area

I wished it would have been longer.
