room was lacking a chair to set in and a lamp at the desk. after complaining 2 times, someone brought an old office chair that was worn out that rocked around and a straight chair. Lamp that was brought in was good. Shower leaks. Very poor lighting overall, had to use the light in my phone to find outlets to plug stuff in. The light over the vanity did not work had to ask for it to be fixed, it worked for 2 days and stopped working again.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great, and ranged from cold cereal to waffles. The location was very convenient.

My only critiques are that their pool was under construction, which really wasn't a huge issue for me, and the food items for sale in the lobby were pretty sparse. Plenty of sweets, but lacked microwavable meal options.

I really enjoyed how modern the hotel was and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great.

I didn’t like that the side door where you could walk your dog wouldn’t open with the room key. the bathroom also has hair left in the shower from the previous people.

Room was clean

Fire alarms went off in the morning. Then were shut off shortly after. Then they went off again and were shut off. Did this for a few minutes of off and on and then finally got it taken care of. No fire was at hotel, just woke us up to panic for nothing. So wasnt pleased with that

the location. close to stores. staff were awesome.

heater was Loud when turning to cool. curtain was dirty along with top of baseboard heater.

I haven't stayed there for almost 6 years and but I can tell it has been remodeled and looks nice. Breakfast still good, lobby well kept clean so goes the rooms. thank you

Excellent location, right next to the water, restaurant and stores. Staff was polite and great. To go breakfast was also decent.

Rooms were clean, but small for the price paid. It was expensive for ~300 a night, ~200 a night would have been reasonable. Also no room cleaning due to covid, we had to throw away our own garbage and ask for towels.I wish we were able to leave trash cans outside to be emptied.

Staff was excellent and attentive. They were knowledgeable and professional. Hotel was clean well kept. Shuttle service was excellent also. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and on time.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Expected a hot breakfast. Good try with the microwaved burrito, but website set expectations for a hot breakfast.

We stayed in AK for 10 days. The Hampton Inn had the best breakfast. Other places have gone to a bag "grab and go" approach. We had the hot self serve waffles and the grandson was happy!

Overall, everything was fine. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Parking was convenient. Applebees was across the parking lot. Convenient to downtown.

The breakfast was good but we had to go by jitney to another location because the Hampton Inn was under renovation.

We liked the hotel and the wsy the staff treated us so beautifully.
