Holiday Inn Express Lompoc, an IHG Hotel

The property is very clean, good location, a lot of restaurants and places to eat, comfortable bed. Good, hot breakfast is one of the reasons i always want to book in this hotel but on our first day, we just had a grab and go breakfast but on the second day, they served hot good breakfast as i was always expecting, and to add it up the lady in the kitchen made turkey sausage for us when she knew we don’t eat pork as what was served in the counter , thank you so much. We’ll stay in this hotel again.

Not enough garbage can.

Staff so nice and willing to help ALL the time. When I chek in I requested a room.on the second floor. The person called me after to check if I like the room.

The breakfast area is a little small. Maybe the hotel team needs to think on make the area bigger. The staff is so nice there, bringing food all the time. Good variety of options for an excellent breakfast

The room was extremely clean. The overall facility is very clean and rooms are maintained as such. Review about rooms being clean and friendly staff were all accurate.

If the facility had two pancake machines instead of one as a back up Incase if one breaks down, that will be great.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were huge and extremely clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. Breakfast was also great and was available until 10:30 am I think (which is later than some other hotels). All in all, great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

I booked the room w/2 Queen beds, fulfilled by Reservations wonderfully. Requested not near elevator or ice machines. We arrived late evening on Friday 7/9/21 and delighted the room reservation was kept in-place as the hotel was completely booked. Thank you Preish for keeping the room on a late Friday evening. the breakfast was bag. Not terrible it just didnt work for me. I needed a full on breakfast as we were going to visit winery.

Breakfast was good, and the location was safe. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The pool needed cleaning! The bottom of the pool had a lot of debris and needed vacuuming. The patio area around the pool was clean, and the landscape was well maintained.

Was polite and helpful.Hotel has undergone a modern renovation. Room was very spacious. Having the pull out available made it very fitting. Loved the shower. Very clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Nothing to improve upon.

The staff was accommodating after the disaster caused by booking.com

I used booking.com to modify the reservation. I got an email saying it would not be possible so we would still have the original room. When we got to the hotel, they had our reservations moved and we had no room! They had to look for a room and gave us the original price… last time I use booking.com!!

I had fruit and yogurt delivered by a friend. My husband had sweet rolls.

We were perfectly satisfied. The location for us was great as we had been in a traffic jam for 2 1/2hrs and we’re very tired when we arrived.

Good breakfast but needed more on weekdays. We had a great Saturday breakfast with sausage and biscuit gravy plus eggs, bacon, sausage.
