Inn at Highway 1

Loved the fact that it had been renovated since we were there last. Love the large size of the room & bathroom along with the fact there is a microwave & refrigerator available. It seemed quiet, safer than some areas in Lompoc and close to a variety of gas stations, food and other stores.

We had an issue with bathroom sink cold faucet not working properly. Found out that it was turned off under the sink due to looseness of the handle/bottom part of faucet making it hard to turn off. I think the room cleaners should have noticed the problem & made sure it was fixed before having another person in the room. Also the clock feature on the microwave did not work. I guess ultimately better communication between housekeepers & maintenance persons & people at front desk could be better.

This property is beautifully maintained, the room was clean and stylishly decorated, modern and warm tones. The bed is probably the most comfortable we’ve had traveling and we travel a lot. Nicely remodeled bathroom with large rain shower, top notch like what you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. Good linens. Both the front desk staff at night and morning were super friendly and helpful. Great value, I’ll highly recommend!

Front desk clerk was very nice and acted quick to move us when our room had a very strong smoke smell. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom doorknob was backwards. The lock was on the outside. There may not have been communication to the cleaning staff that our room was switched (due to the smoke smell in our initially assigned room), because the cleaning lady unlocked our door and attempted to come in.

Nice, updated motel. Everything you need to stay a night - quick check-in, even quicker check-out. The king bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom is questionable. Sinks are pretty high even for a 5'8" adult. For a kid they are basically unreachable, we had to use a chair. Shower is a waterfall type from the ceiling. While it is awesome if you're OK washing your head, it is really inconvenient if you just want to take a quick shower.

The location was great. We were right there at hwy 1, within walking distance of food and stores and had easy access in and out which was perfect for driving a 28' flat bed truck used for ALC! We were pleasantly surprised with the work they have done to update the Inn. We had what needed and plenty of room! It was clean and nicely kept.

Room was spacious, sufficiently equipped. Place is clean. Very fast check-in. (I was very tired when checking in ). Facility is up to date. It is worth the money. Highly recommended. Wish to stay longer.

Water damage in the bathroom is obvious. It is a design problem that should be addressed. Water coming from shower easily spread to the entire bathroom.

Great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping needs. Best was a Tesla charging station on site.

I had an issues with the room. Michael the night clerk was right there to make it right. His response and kindness made the stay worthwhile.

Upon departure, due to my reservation being in made through Indeed.com, no receipt of any kind available. I wanted and needed proof of and length of my stay. It shouldn’t be so difficult for your two systems to talk to each other. My only complaint. Thank you. Jeanne Russell

Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very clean & spacious. Staff was very professional, this room exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended this location and this will be our choice anytime we are visiting Lompoc.

room was really clean, TV has several apps like youtube, Netflix, etc, and bed was super comfortable. Also, it was a very quiet place.

check out time is at 11 AM. I know this is pretty standard but an extra hour check out time would be amazing.
