Le Meridien San Francisco

The suite was big and spacious and suited my needs. Location is very good - close to pier and walkable to union square. The hotel did provide basic housekeeping services which was good. Will stay again but hopefully there’s more offers for the room!

Tv channels / streaming could be better. Tiny tube of body wash is inadequate considering the number of people in room Sofa bed mattress a bit lumpy

Liked everything. Very comfortable stay. Location great. Room and bed very comfortable, clean. Staff was good. Check-in check out very smooth.

There was in-room coffee maker, which very standard courtesy extended in all the hotels world over. So i ws not sure why was it not there in the room. If they had it removed then i must say it was cheap tactic and if they forgot to place one then it was sloppy ....there is no third possibility.

The customer service really stood out from the minute I walked into the lobby. I had an amazing view of the Oakland bridge but even if the room didn’t have a great view the entire staff made my stay feel like a five-star one. I will be here again soon when I’m back in San Francisco

The only thing I can say I did not like is the fitness center and lack of machines but that’s if I’m really trying to dislike something about the hotel.

great location, comfortable, clean, wonderful comfy bed. The gym was good and their complimentary coffee was too. Front desk was super nice and accommodating.

they cleaned the room maybe every 4-5 days unless you ask. and you have to pay for asking for a microwave. I would think with the price it would come with more cleaning and at least that service without a surcharge.

1st morning our breakfast came cold- next morning only ordered coffee coffee too strong and charged 14$ room service for a cup of bad coffee- bed was uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well

The hotel location was perfect, close enough to walk to all of the sights and districts without being mobbed with tourists. The hotel was immaculate and the staff could not have been more friendly.

The price, however San Francisco is an expensive city compared to the rest of the US, so like for like in SF the value was good.

The room was nice and clean, I liked the mirror and the city view. The bed was very comfy as well. The hotel also had complimentary tea and coffee, which I enjoyed. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I would have liked if the hotel had private parking or complimentary parking.

They made us feel like we were the only guests they had. A bellhop immediately helped my girlfriend out of the car and followed her with our bags while I parked the car. The staff was friendly with the utmost respect and attentiveness.

The food wasn’t amazing. It consisted of small entrees and gave me an upset stomach for the first few hours after I ate.

Everyone was very attentive, super nice and welcoming. The were on top of everything. The service from beginning to end was amazing!

I did wish room service ended later at night, but can’t complain about that!

We got troubled by the keys of our room. Since our check in, the keys were not working and we need to go thrice to the lobby to get it fixed. However, they helped us and fixed it, but it was not expected from this pretigious hotel chain.
