One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Flat out very well done. From the moment you arrive in the car, easy to find park up with great staff. Big rooms with modern feel, amazing roof pool and bar with 100% best location centrally. Highly recommend you stay its a proper hotel. + check out the sushi place in the market one of the best... + the local craft beer bar is amazing... just 5 mins walk away.

No much, I mean maybe the pool could have been a bit longer for swimming. The Gym was very hard to find and they must put up a sign to show its a right by the pool. A larger water carrier for the water dispenser in the hallway would have been good too.

I loved the location of the hotel, I thought it was a really pretty place and the service at chackin and any encounters with the desk were excellent.

We went to the rooftop bar upon checkin, the young man tending bar was brand new and he was awesome! The girl training him however sat at the bar and read a book never coming to our table to ask if we needed anything, I had to go to the bar to order the drinks and food, not realizing she worked there. Gym lacked cleanliness. My husband felt there was a lot of noise from the bar that kept him awake.

The rooms facing the alley are subject to a lot of noise at night, esp from Thursday’s till Saturdays. Our weekend rate was $429 a night and the management figures noise complaints can be a profit opportunity to offer rooms on the other side as an upgrade from an additional $50 and up a night. Obviously not the hotel’s fault that the bars are noisy till 2 or 3 AM but I would think for >$400 bucks I and lots of others expect a pretty quiet experience.

I only have nice things to say about this hotel! I had booked a massage for 4:30 and because of traffic I was 1/2 an hour late. They were very accommodating in the spa. with I highly recommend taking advantage of! I love the configuration of the king room!! The shower was amazing! and the bed was super comfy! Plus this hotel is ideal located for walking out the door to find something to eat! Loved, loved, loved my stay here!

I've traveled the world and this boutique hotel has 5-stars in all areas, if you stay in the right room and have what I had, a perfectly wonderful experience in SLO. Personal note: Alex the bell captain is a 10 in Cerro.

There are many paths, circumventing floors and facilities which take a bit to figure out, as signage is minimal. And the news is this fab place will become a ... Marriott. True.

We loved our room but found the shower not to our liking. everywhere water and slippery floor. A little too tech for people a little older. The staff were excellent from the garage to the desk to the restaurant. The food was great too. I would definitely stay there, again.

Awesome hotel. Great pool area, didn't try the spa but it looked really nice. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and awesome. Had a balcony which was an added bonus. Right in the heart of downtown and walkable to everything.

LOOKS TO BE BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION, EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN WITH GORGEOUS MODERN DESIGN, COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS, GREAT LITTLE BALCONY, REALLY HOT SHOWER, BEAUTIFUL LIGHTED MIRRORS, COMMON AREAS ALSO TOP DRAWER, SUPERB CENTRAL DOWNTOWN LOCATION, GREAT RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS VERY CLOSE. SHORT DRIVE TO BEACH. LOVE THE ROOFTOP POOL AND BAR, VERY FRIENDLY, WELL SPOKEN STAFF. I HAVE TRAVELLED ALOT AND STAYED IN MANY NICE HOTELS, BUT THEY ALL PALE IN COMPARISON, REALLY IS A GEM, TOTALLY WORTH IT!

When I arrived and was checking in I was concerned about where I had parked out on Marsh Street. I asked your staff who was working the front desk if overnight parking was an issue. He advised that it was not as long as I move my car by 9:00 a.m. . The parking ticket that I received when I went to my car at 8:00 a.m. was in the amount of $38. His advisement was obviously incorrect. He seem to have trouble concentrating and understanding my questions, which may have contributed to his erroneous information. I would think that this would be a common question given how limited parking is at your hotel and I would ask that in addition to considering a reduction in my room charge, that you would advise your front desk staff of the parking restrictions on Marsh Street

the front desk amazing in particular, Taylor, she was j credibly accommodating, had a "yes" attitude. it was a complete pleasure dealing with her

the only bad thing was the noise on the alley side, woke up both nights between 1am and 3 am because of bar noise
