I love this property! that’s why I chose this location every time I come to town.

I stayed in room 145 someone above me made so much noise it was unbearable, sound like stomping and some nailing going on up there, I made sure I checked out at approximately 7 something in the morning. That was the worst experience I ever had at this location; I also made mention to the young lady at the front desk upon my exit. what a waste of money this time around. the ice machine wasn’t working also try to go to the office and it was a sign up saying gone for 10 minutes, and still didn’t see them after 10mins.

One of the best run motel 6 in the area . Qualified and Friendly staff . Comfortable room and area around motel. This property is maintained better than most. I always enjoy staying there .

The prices could be a little lower. The property could use a few improvements , such as adjusting door lock strikes to fit better and eliminate air leaks . Being in construction, I notice simple fixes that will save energy and reduce noise .

The customer service here has been nothing short of stellar! Toni is always there to greet us with a beautiful big smile which is always, always warm and inviting. She meets our needs, as busy as she is, without missing a beat not neglecting other guest. She always wishes us a safe passage home. (Smiles) We chose to stay an extra day and at one point during the night, Heather took great care of us. Plenty of parking here and gracious guest.

Location. Only a 10-minute drive into town. The facilities: Very clean room. The staff, friendly and helpful. One of the best values in overpriced SLO no doubt, especially during graduation weekend.

Would have loved a small coffee machine in room to go with the fridge and microwave.

Another great stay! I brought family with me this time. Toni greeted Us again with wonderful smile and after I realized that I made Sevral booking mistakes, did everything she could to correct them For us, amazing. She really does go above and beyond to represent The motel 6 brand well. I didnt vet to mention Diana last stay but she is awesome and the complimentary coffee they serve is delicious. They make sure it's always Hot, ready and stocked well.

I love the location of this Motel 6. We’ve stayed here numerous times and have never had a problem. Staff has always been friendly and our room is always clean. This location is off the freeway so we can easily get back on and head into Pismo, Avila, or enjoy SLO.

I do not have one complaint. We enjoy our stay every time.

I often visit San Luis Obispo for my sibling, This is my fifth time staying here. Staff is always kind and feel welcome, very clean. Another thing I like about Motel 6 is pet friendly and stay free. This location has multiple grass area in property, close to the large dog park and hiking trails. Highly recommended and I'll be back soon!

It was clean. The beds were comfy. The fridge and microwave worked wonderfully. Liked how there was a table and chairs for when you need to eat or do some work; don't have to be in bed doing it.

I only wish there were more storage places for clothes, toiletry items, etc. Kinda inconvenient having to live out of your bag for a few days.

It was the basic Motel 6 experience. It was clean, and cheaper, than most other facilities in the area. It's a great place to stay in an area with higher priced lodging that doesn't add much value to your stay. For the most part, the other guests were quiet.

It was a room with two queen beds, but the room was stocked with only two sets of towels. There were a lot of pets at the facility, but it seemed that these guests were cleaning up after their animals.

I’ve always liked Motel 6 for its money/value ratio. This one is no different. The rooms are basic but they’ve got everything you need for a short stay. It’s quite nicely located right off Hwy 1. Ideal to explore SLO and surrounding areas. Check in and check out as always super easy
