San Luis Inn and Suites

The room was very spacious with nice amenities, such as shampoo, bars of soap, a microwave and refrigerator, a comfortable bed, and nice hot water. The room was very clean except for a dirty plastic cup in the bathroom. The wifi password provided didn't work but I could see that the network was very strong. I noticed the next morning that sheets, pillowcases, and the bedspreads were washed, not just sheets and pillow cases. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for value, spacious rooms, delightful and concerned staff, and location.

There was no coffee or hot water available in the room. A used plastic cup was stacked with the clean, covered-in-plastic plastic cups in the bathroom. The wifi password on the room key cover was incorrect and it was too late to bother the staff to get the real password. Parking is a bit limited. There was no parking when I arrived about 1 am, so I was directed to park at the side of the building where the office was.

as their wasn't any issues, that was good enough for me. i booked two rooms ( both for two nights each ), one with Booking.com and, directly with the hotel ( both January / 2022 ). when checking in June on the confirmation, for some reason, both rooms came up as being for only one night each. it take a while to sort out but, in the end the lady i spoke with ( i did not get her name but, she was working the front desk on check in, 6/11 & 6/13, was able to straighten out the issue. otherwise, all went well.

There was no breakfast offered. It would have been nice if it did! No Lobby. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Clean and comfortable beds. Fast food restaurants are across the street to get coffee .

If there was not a bright light hitting our room. We were pretty close to the freeway too; but the noise wasn’t that bad. No coffee in room or offered in The Lobby?

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of food places nearby like Mexican food, Jack in the box and Mr. Pickles (sandwiches). The shower was a good size, got hot pretty fast and was a good water pressure.

The ice machine was broken, but I understand that it might take some time getting someone to go fix it.

The area was nice, a Taco Bell and a Jack in the box are within walking distance, so that really helped to get something for dinner late in the evening. The room was clean and comfy. They were going to give me a room in the second floor but I asked for a first floor and they didn't hesitate to provide the change. Thanks!

I don't think there was anything I didn't like. The room was as expected, pretty standard, nothing was out of ordinary. Overall the experience was good.

I enjoyed the staff being kind and helpful especially during the time when weather conditions occurred throughout the County. They understood they had rooms available as well and always had a smile which helped brighten the day. You're close to downtown amenities as well in walking distance of other amenities.

Three Queen size beds in one room made it easier caring for my elderly parent. It's a Dog friendly facility. The bathroom was clean and the bathroom floor was clean.

The wood floors were very dirty. The bath drain drained slowly.

Very simple and clean room with a large screen tv and refrigerator. Wi-Fi speed was very good. Proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo is great!

When the property is full, parking spots get taken fast. Thankfully there is plenty of curb parking on the adjacent street. Shampoo is provided but in squeeze packets that are very difficult to open unless one has scissors.

Cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were quiet and so were other guests. The front desk was attentive.

The rooms could use some renovations or at least some better maintenance. It seems the handyman they use cuts corners.

Room was clean had what I needed.It was quiet except for little traffic noise .High security,little too secure but that keeps me out of trouble.Gunna b my permimite staycation place for me and Mildred.
