Bardessono Hotel and Spa

The hotel was prefect. I cannot think of a negative statement. The staff were professional but friendly. Joseph , who drove us in the van, was accommodating and an absolute gem. I loved the artwork. Someone put an effort into making the physical place as enticing as it is. Add the wonderful staff and , as I said, a perfect situation. It is a huge asset to Yountville.

This place is a gem in Napa Valley. Perfect for weddings but also for business travel. I loved having access to a hot tub that was literally hot. I also booked a massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had.

My room was far in the back and I has a little patio but with no view and surrounding walls.

FABULOUS, the only place I'll ever stay (and recommend!) in Napa Valley region. First, the staff was uniformly so pleasant, helpful, professional - from the concierges Matt and Sara, to the valet who ran in search of my misplaced phone and need for an in-room coffee maker at all times (!) to the front desk who researched the maker of the fabulous in room jacuzzi bath for my husband(!), the terrific Lucy's staff and our masseuses were wonderful and the spa desk personnel very accommodating. Literally everyone who worked there had a smile on their face at all times. The premises are beautiful, clean, peaceful, and we loved the style was comfortable yet modern and "zen"like, not the typical "fussy" look of many of the places there, and also not the over-the-top look either. Room was so spacious, we were in Birch and it was wonderful - huge bathroom, separate vanity/sinks, big walk in shower with the amazing separate jacuzzi tub, plus the private outside patio off the bedroom area. The location of the Bardessono is perfect both because you walk out the front door and you're in the heart of the little town of Yountville, but also Yountville itself is a perfect location in the Napa Valley; it's newer yet feels less touristy than Calistoga and St Helena, great restaurants, jogging/biking paths and central to all wineries. In short, stay here, completely worth the price, we loved it.

Liked the style and feel. Staff was great, particularly the valets.

Restaurant was not as good as hoped and slow service but many good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Room itself was great! Services were nice, gardens were nice. My family needed to prep for a wedding (driving up from the bay) and having dual sinks in the bathroom was cinch. Overall great stay!

Didn't understand pool cabanas to be honest. Coffee was mediocre.

Location was great! Staff was very nice. Spa is great!

We had ants inside our room. Took a while to bring necessary requests. Not having high end complimentary water bottles for such a high end hotel.

I have traveled extensively over the years and stayed in some very beautiful hotels along the way. The Bardessono was my absolute new favorite. The design of the facilities and rooms was over the top. You expect great service at a resort like this, but I tell you it was as good as it gets! Every person that worked there made you feel special. For that I will always stay there when I'm in Napa from now on!

There is nothing not to like here. I feel like they have thought of everything. The food was great, the grounds were immaculate and the service was top notch all the way. The location was perfect as we could walk to the two finest restaurants in the valley from there!

Cleanliness and attention to detail. The suite with the patio was perfect for a family with kids and a puppy!

Well designed rooms and grounds. All the attendants were very helpful and always available. Many good restaurants in walking distance. We will return on another vacation
