The Napa Inn

This location is super close to downtown. Breakfast was hot and delicious every day. Coffee was good. Staff from the owner to the housekeeping staff, breakfast serving staff, everyone was super nice and kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in Ms. Tessas room and loved the tub. We danced all night at a concert and it was the best way to wind down after dancing all night.

I wasn't missing a single thing all weekend. We had everything we needed and then some. We had extra blankets and pillows in our room. I sleep comfortably with lots of pillows. Maybe put a couple coasters down on the furniture in the room to help us protect the furniture would be my only recommendation. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was made to order. They have a very nice systemic for placing your order the night before. Upon your arrival to the dining room, you just give them your room name. My breakfast was cooked to perfection and served within a few minutes. The Inn was full, but the room felt comfortable with people maintaining social distancing. There was delightful morning conversations going on and people enjoyed their alone time or meeting new people. it felt warm and everyone seemed pleased with their meals and their stay. One more thing to add.....the room was immaculate. For an old building, the room was incredibly clean.

We loved staying at this Bed & Breakfast. The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was delicious. They prepare every meal once you get to the breakfast room so your meal is nice and hot. It was so great!

Our bath/shower was in our bedroom, which was fine, it added some cute character. But after we used the shower we couldn’t get it to stop dripping and we could hear it dripping while we slept. We put towels down in the bathtub and that helped us not hear it as much but it was frustrating trying to figure out how to make it stop. it was late at night so we didn’t want to call for maintenance.

This was a wonderful Bed and Breakfast, and very reasonably priced. We stayed in the Tower Room, which was a large room with extra seating by the bay windows with a view. We liked that it was not on a busy street, and an easy walk to the Napa River and restaurants. During our stay we were the only ones in the house, so it was very quiet. Breakfast was served downstairs at 8:30, in a beautiful living room.

The only heat in the room was from a fireplace. It warmed up the room very well, but it was a bit chilly when we came back from a walk or dinner, and had not left the fireplace on. Of course it's an older house, so that probably explains why there were not other heat sources in the room.

The room was comfortable and spacious. It was a short walk to most of downtown Napa and parking was easy and free. I would definitely recommend this for a long weekend getaway.

The breakfast, while good, was limited in options. It would have been nice to have at least two choices. While the menu wasn't offensive in any way, more options are always appreciated. The check-in process was a little difficult but not terrible.

Napa Inn & Spa was great - entire B&B was well taken care of, very cute, and exactly as presented.

Lacked a personal touch. I arrived during the posted check-in times and no one was there. Aside from breakfast never saw any staff. Signage in room offered to leave towels on rack to reuse which I did, but they were replaced daily.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. I loved the victorian style and decor. We extended our stay and moved to another were and both rooms were very cozy and comfortable.

I have stayed at a few bed and breakfast in Napa and breakfast was always something that I looked forward to. The breakfast here was disappointing and very sub-par. Very small portions that felt and tasted more like cafeteria food. Far from the gourmet breakfast that I had become accustomed to from stays at other B & Bs. It was okay for an early snack to get going, but we found Starbucks to be a better option.

Very comfortable bed and nice strong shower. Both very important to us. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perfect. The location is vey convenient to Napa downtown. I left my wallet in a drawer in the room and Peggy called me right away. Unfortunately, when I got the message we had already returned home. She was kind enough to go to the UPS store and mail it to me. She really went above and beyond to set my mind at ease and ensure that my wallet made it back to me.

The check-in instructions were easy to follow since we checked in after hours. The room was very larger than I expected and had nice amenities, such as the automated fireplace. Parking was easy to find on the street as well. Breakfast was nice and very filling.

Wish there were some more USB ports instead of the one on the digital clock. Not a big deal since I should have also brought my outlet adapter, but it would be a nice feature to add in the room, if possible.

Super cute place with cool vintage design and feel. Our shower was very big, the bath was huge and clean and getting a bath salt was really nice touch. The lobby and breakfast area were also great to sit and relax. Location was nice - a few minutes walk from downtown napa, and about 20 minutes walk from the oxbow market.

Breakfast entree was not to my taste, but there were also fruit and yogurt so it was fine. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, maybe talk to someone before, because they just serve it to you without telling you in advance what it's going to be. There were no blinds in the room, so at about 6 AM it became very bright. No elevator (but it was expected) The photos at booking.com were really not informative, we had no idea which room we'll get.
