clean comfortable rooms. convenient parking. great location. very quiet

pool and spa closed for maintenance. no prior disclosure of this yet a resort fee is charged. at a grand a night this seems bordline crooked. good coffee but otherwise poor “ continental “ breakfast. old packaged croissants that should have had a vintage date, after all this is Napa Valley, fruit cocktail was passable. again, if this was a motel, fine but this just feels like cutting corners for profit.

Room was exceptional. Plenty of space, warm fireplace, comfortable linens, delicious continental breakfast, but the best part was the sunny private garden sitting area in the back of the room. Great attention to detail right down to the chocolates on the bed at turn down service. Can’t wait to come back!

Room service was prompt. The spa was very clean. Staff at check-in were friendly.

Concierge was unresponsive and disappointing. I had been working with Sara for restaurant reservations several weeks prior to our stay. The places booked did not match what we had talked about. When I called back to discuss why those places were chosen, I did not receive call backs. I left voicemails and spoke to reception staff who said they would forward her the message for a call back. After 2 weeks, I ended up canceling the reservations and scrambling to make my own. Reservation staff sent a bottle of champagne to the room with an apology, which was appreciated.

The property is gorgeous with it's pool and common areas. We couldn't use both cause of the pandemic but it looked beautiful. The staff were friendly and hospitable. They were also accommodating in letting us have late check-out, which we did not end up using. Our room was fantastic and had everything you could ask for except....

The internet stopped working! I understand things can happen but we were scheduled to check-out at 1pm on a Monday, with the intention on working from the hotel that morning. We woke u to zero Wi-Fi connectivity. In times of Covid, stable Wi-Fi is absolutely imperative, especially when you are paying $800 per night!!! We ended up checking out at 7am and driving home much earlier than planned.

The pool setting is the main draw to hotel Yountville. Tranquil. The clientele is friendly and relaxed. The spa is also a highlight yet our third visit wasn’t as great as our first two visits. Our usual therapists wasn’t available so we tried our luck with someone new and it just wasn’t as great. However the spa did adjust their normal biz hours to accommodate us, top tier service!

The spa services were just okay for the value.

Terrific location and a lovely pool/hot tub area.

Rooms need some updating and they need to activate that pool bar better, perhaps by dedicating more staff to poolside service.

Love the place, unfortunately we were given a room closest to the road so the traffic noise was not good starting at 5am in the morning. Prices are also quite steep.

The service was exceptional! When I called for anything they were right there . I didn’t have to wait….very impressed! The food was great!

The room we stayed in 310 the TV was on wall that was Awkward to watch from sitting area and bed.

The room was very nice. Loved the outdoor seating. Continental breakfast was great, loved the fireplaces and pool area. The grounds were beautiful. Chris the bartender, the man who served us breakfast and the lady at front desk were all great! We visit Yountville once a year for our anniversary and we definitely plan to stay at this hotel again.

We missed the wine tasting due to covid. It would be nice if the shower was fully enclosed. Some of the bed pillows were lumpy.
