RiverPointe Napa Valley Resort

The room was great! Everything I needed was there & the location on the Napa River was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable, shower was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a full-size fridge, microwave and small cooktop.

I would have rated this stay a 10 but for a few minor things that needed looked at in the unit. The lock on the bathroom window was falling out. The shower diverter would not budge. I had to push it up from the bottom of the tub faucet to get the water to come out of the shower. It would not go up all the way to there was a huge waste of water coming from the faucet as well as the shower. The blind on the outside door was loose, needs to have proper hold-down bracket.

The property is so well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful. The cottages are so cute and spacious, clean and with all the amenities you need. We had a full kitchen stocked with dishes, coffee pot, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. We had a shared patio/deck but luckily it was with our friends we were traveling with. The pool is very big and heated to the perfect temperature. They have activities in the clubhouse in the afternoon/evenings abs a game room that can be reserved. We brought our bikes and it was a quick ride to downtown. Front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had such a great time and will definitely be back to stay again.

I loved the location, very close to a lot of places we wanted to check out. It had such a cool trail next to the river. A really cool recreational room. It really is such a cute cottage and great for small families. They even provided coffee which is amazing! Amazing staff, very friendly!

I really enjoyed staying here, I just wish I knew that they weren’t the exact same size. Unfortunately going with my parents they got the smaller kitchen when we randomly chose who gets which units, by the time they realized our kitchen was bigger in the other unit we had already settled in… so that did make it a little awkward especially since we paid the same for both units. There were some bugs in the room but not too bad. It would have been really cool if there were firepits on the patio, but that’s just to make it better. It was weird to have to reserve the rec room or hot tub but I’m sure they have their reasons. Overall the place was really good especially for the price. The people were so nice and accommodating.

The one bed cottage was absolutely huge. Super clean and had everything you need. Loved having the separate bedroom. I could actually live in one of these easily! Staff were very friendly and accommodating when I asked for a later check out. I didn’t have enough time to visit the pool and other hot tub so can’t comment on those.

The only thing I’d put would be that it’s a little bit of a walk to get to anywhere. Being a solo female traveller I didn’t walk anywhere but that’s nothing just something I thought I’d mention to any other solo travellers.

the whole concept is nice sort of glamping. I thought we were going to have more of a kitchen area, guess I should have booked a whole trailer. If we come back to the area that is what I will do.

Our front door did not completely close, I think the door frame was out of square, the trim along the bottom outside edge of the trailer was missing / rusted / rotted and the floor was a little uneven / soft like there was some subfloor issues. I think the trailer was clean enough and the grounds seemed to be maintained.

location wise near to Walmart Supercentre and the Napa River. a short 5 minute drive to Town centre. each cottage was well organized with well defined living areas. the kitchen was well fitted out with the necessary appliances and tools to make healthy meals. beds were comfortable. place was quiet and peaceful. loved the walk along the Napa river trial appreciative of the staff who were friendly and tried hard to please.

laundry could have been better. one of the washers was down. there was 1-2 guests who were constantly using the machine and leaving the laundry within the machine after they were done. perhaps 1-2 baskets could be left in the laundry room to allow for removal of each left over laundry so that other guests could use the machines

Folks, if you are going to visit Napa, CA, you must stay at RiverPointe Napa Valley Resort. Hands down the BEST!!! Thirteen family members came to Napa for a wedding and stayed here. Not one of us could find anything negative to say about this resort. We all had a wonderful and memorable stay. We plan to visit in the future and stay at RiverPointe Resort. Convenient parking and location of resort. Privacy. Sparkling clean. Very roomy and comfortable. Aesthetically pleasing bungalow with modern decor. Beautifully landscaped property and grounds. Excellent customer care.

There wasn't a thing to dislike!!

Nice place to stay for 2-4 people. We liked that bedroom and living room areas were separate, so those staying on the sofa bed had more privacy. Short drive to downtown Napa (not walking distance). The room was nice, though on the older side. The bed in the main room was comfortable, but the sofa bed could definitely use a replacement. Kitchen area is well equipped if you plan on making your own meals or bringing back leftovers.

Just as much space and privacy as in the Lodge at Sonoma, juat as mich greenery as in Resort Carneros, just as much silence as Meadowood and just as warm pools as in the Four Seasons Calistoga. Lovely! You get much more sqft for 1/3 of the price and direct access to a wild bank of the Nap River. And no employees hanging around, waiting for tips!

Faucets in the cottages don’t work well, generally run down interiors.

Tidy clean grounds. units cute with newer paint. inside the kitchen had appliances, needed an iron/board they had both. Pillows comfortable (dealbreaker)! Comfortable bed & place to charge phones.

It is 1 mile from downtown Napa, but not in the best part of town. I don't mind reservations needed for hot tubs, but I feel they should eliminate "covid policies" in other areas, it's 2023.
