Chablis Inn

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and diligent. It is located in an excellent location, laundromat in walking distance, as well as an abundance of 5 star restaurants and fast food. Target, gas stations, and the 29 highway are all within 5 miles or less. We came for our sons little league all-star baseball tournament that was only 5 minutes away from the Chablis Inn!

I honestly liked everything. The location and proximity to everything we were looking for in Napa was awesome. I am not an experienced traveler, so proximity was important for me. If we have another opportunity, we will be back! Prices were reasonable, and the room was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, excellent channels, and Wi-Fi strength (we have kids).

From the outside the hotel did look a little shabby but I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room, clean, updated and very well appointed. I appreciated details like a full-length mirror, a well-lit vanity and mirror, makeup remover and actual coffee mugs instead of paper cups. A conditioning shampoo would have been helpful since I forgot mine but there is a supermarket across the street and I was able to purchase something for just $1.67. The lady running the hotel was very courteous and helpful and obviously takes pride in her business.

I like the location of the Chablis Inn. It is easy to walk to many services, businesses and restaurants. They’ve done a great job updating the rooms and it is very clean.

I would like if there was an extra lock, instead of just the deadbolt.

Such wonderful, informative staff. Comfy, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom+bathtub. Peaceful area with lovely views, lovely hot tub, accessible to restaurants and groceries, and ample free parking. Was the best place we stayed during our roadtrip through California.

Nothing! It was a beautiful, wonderful stay for our whole family. Would love to come back again, given the chance!

The check in was speedy and friendly. The room was nice and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Room was very spacious for two people.

There was no rack in the closet area to hang clothes. Overhead lighting wasn't installed yet. Extremely small tv.

There is still some remodeling going on so there is a lot of packaging material lying around. A little pricey for its location. It’s located about 10min from downtown Napa, close to the highway.

Great value, clean and convenient location.

There were several construction workers staying there during weekday who would leave early in morning. There were a few guests who would idle their large noisy trucks before leaving early in morning.

I like the renovations they are doing. I see the potential with the changes being made. The beds are comfortable, clean and quite.

There's still some upgrades that need to be done. Furniture upgrades and new carpeting or new flooring will make the places more comfortable.

The property was all that we needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities. The pool and hot tub area was nice to enjoy our cheese, wine and relax after our time enjoying, exploring the area.

The coffee in the room was really bad.

Easy access to the freeway and close to the wineries. Honest employees! My friend forgot her wedding ring in her room and I got a call informing me the found it.
