Hotel Indigo Napa Valley, an IHG Hotel

The floor was extremely dirty. Took my shoes off for 5 mins and had on white socks. When I looked at the bottom of my feet they were black! Even after I washed my socks the stain would not come off. You can tell the floor hadn’t been mopped in a long time.

Very spacious and comfortable room, we were conveniently located on the ground floor with a short walk to the pool and the convenience store/shop next door. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Can highly recommend dining at Il Posto Trattoria located directly behind the hotel, delicious Italian dishes and brilliant service.

The breakfast service was very slow, only staffed by one person who was trying to do everything. We ended up paying at the bar to be able to get on with our day. If you are planning to rent a bicycle to visit vineyards, there is a rent service available in the car park but note there’s very few bicycles - we were unlucky and could not get one for the day. Suggest you head out early to rent one and make the most of the scenery before waiting for the first vineyard to open.

The bed is comfy. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room has pretty good noise cancellation such that it is not noisy even though it is at a cross junction.

The lift to the second floor is down the hall way. pushing my luggage there and then pushing it again on carpet floor from the lift to my room took a bit of strength. The toilet has no door to the area where the basins are. There are no hooks in the shower area to hang the towel or my clothes. Also no space to place the toiletries in the shower area.

the property is centrally located at 5 minutes from mayor wineries and close to the main roads. we found this hotel at a great price surrounded by expensive hotels. breakfast was included which was great to start the day and go to all the wineries. they also have restaurants near by which are away from the most crowed places . the hotel is being upgraded to a more modern urban style but we like it as it was

there is no need to charge for parking 10 dollars.

I love the friendliness of the staff..ALL of them. They made you feel like you were welcome at a family and friends home.

I did not like the amount of time it took to get my food. Everytime I ordered food, it was a very long wait. Only 1 person working the breakfast and dinner area. The breakfast guy was so amazing though. He was literally jogging to make sure he took care of his customers.

Cleanliness. Spacious

One server that took orders, busses tables, refilled coffees, ran food. We waited over 20 mins before we even got our order in. He needs help. It's not fair to him and it's not fair to the guests that pay for the type of service that we got. We also had no silver flatware/utensils for breakfast. The server was giving us plastic single use diner style utensils.

Loved the two gals who checked us in. Sooo nice and FUN. Probably the best bed I've ever slept in.... including my own bed at home. I have shoulder issues and not once did I wake up with shoulder pain.

I understand hotel prices are up everywhere but I can no longer afford to stay two nights. Lighting a little dark at bathroom sink.

Ladies at reception were terrific---on point with check-in process, kind and quick and informative. Provided good advice on our travel to the airport. Beds were above-average comfortable. Rooms were clean.

The hairdryer is like a soft breeze. This is an issue in many chain hotels. The bathroom/sink area is dark and needs a proper pverhead light.

The hotel is close to all of the wineries in Napa and Yountville (driving). We were allowed to bring our dog. Staff was very nice, comfortable beds. Everything you need for a place to crash for a couple of days.

This was one of the more affordable places to stay in this area, but it's still expensive for minimal extras. It's not walkable to anything, but everything is a short drive. I get it - it's Napa and everything is overpriced.

Could have been a little cleaner...shower pressure was low...asked for a king room but was given a handicap room with 2 queen beds
