location, layout & access to outdoor games, gathering spaces. Front desk staff very professional & accommodating. Enjoyed lobby coffee but $20/day was too much.

Room rate seemed exorbitant. Parking was a challenge in the evening. Would have appreciated a microwave to reheat coffee. Room was very dark; better task lighting needed. Needed a freezer to chill a cold pack for an injury, only had a mini-fridge.

For work purposes the location was perfect. I would like acknowledge Nicole Titus and Blossom at the front desk. Wonderful ladies, who were so helpful and delightful to deal with. I would hope management would acknowledge each of the ladies personally and thank them on my behalf

The food in the restaurant is currently substandard. I ordered room service one night and the salad was soggy and inedible. The choices are limited, unfortunately the quality is not what is has been in previous visits

The front of house staff, particularly Blosson and Nicole were outstanding! Very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

The food in the restaurant was well below par, very disappointing in fact. I appreciate it is in a temporary location whilst they upgrade the main part of the hotel, however it was disappointing none the less

our area looked a little sad starting with the elevator and the construction area. we had breakfast one day and no expresso or latte that machine was broken since they started renovations..which doesn’t make any sense. Also we were sat in a corner and after 15 minutes we had to go and get someone to serve us..,

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were even more comfortable!

I know that we were told there would be no cleaning of the room unless we requested it, but honestly using COVID as an excuse is becoming passe. We were only there two nights, so we didn't think we should insist on this service--but later we regretted we did not insist. Also...the shower floor is slippery when wet--which is a safety hazard--and you cannot reach into the side of the shower (only one of the two glass shower doors moves) to turn it up to hot; instead, you must stand inside the shower to turn it up and while doing so must endure a few minutes of cold water on you which is unpleasant. Obviously, no one thought this through.

We had room service for breakfast and it was good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the staff are great, Pedro the bartender was wonderful.

Front desk who worked in a morning on Sunday 19 March 2023 could be a little friendlier.

The customer service was great, there were different activities, and great location. It was close to downtown and the jazz festival.

The bedroom didn’t have hand soap or additional toilet paper.

easy highway access right on the main wine route. Fun hotel with outdoor activities, which included TV's, firepits, and games. There was lots of activities and promotional booths set up for drink tasting and wine tasting. Breakfast was in the main bar area by order.

Liked large window with a view.

Not enough light in room especially when getting dressed. Great large mirror but poor lighting ... no ceiling light near mirror area.

No bath tub. Staff at front desk not too welcoming. Hard to get someone in front desk when you call from the room. Parking is dark.
