The front desk personnel was very courteous at one point I was having issues with my door she offered to come up right away but I eventually got it to open and called back to let her know I was fine. The TV remote didn’t work but when I called she offered a replacement but I couldn’t bother to go back down as I had showered and was already in bed so I went to sleep. The bed was extremely comfy and clean warm blanket the AC was good room very clean refrigerator clean as well and the stove and counter top very clean. Towels were plushy and clean and extra provided. No smell or order and hall way was clean too. My stay was very comfortable.

Nothing to point out on this stay was bad apart from the TV remote not working and I couldn’t locate the manual buttons for the TV. It probably was there but I was tired.

I liked the friendly staff. The residents were friendly. The room was appealing. The bed was comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was greatly appreciated. Hot brewed coffee each morning. Marvelous! Just like home!

The bathtub was greasy, slippery. Like it had a film or oily residue. I do not believe it was cleaned with a grease cutting, disinfectant cleaner. That was a bit GROSS. I would have appreciated a few back up necessities. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Tissue. It felt like the bare minimum.

Staff was very friendly. location was great. and we were able to receive an early check in.

We had issue with our room keys not opening outer door to the hotel, we got replacement cards 3 times. the outside of the hotel needed a good cleaning, alot of trash on the ground as you entered the hotel ( masks, rubber gloves, food wrappers, cigarette butts, paper cups all over the ground ) And the free breakfast, was just coffee and breakfast bars.

Very clean and staff was very friendly and always willing to help me with anything!

There was a creepy man that was always in the parking lot lurking around the parking lot in a little red car late night and a friend of mine said when she pulled next to him he was masturbating. I believe that he was also using drugs.

I truly look forward to my stay at the extended stay in Shelton, CT. The staff here understand the travelers needs and are above bar. I appreciate how affordable the rates are especially with what the rooms offer. Always clean, smells like fresh clothes off the clothesline and convenient to all highways and shopping.

I wish there was a pool here but then I would never leave!! There is nothing I can complain about.

It was comfy and cozy in a relatively decent part of town not too far from where we needed to be.

It was a little old fashioned and didn’t have a terrific breakfast option, but served it’s purpose.

I like the size of the room and that we have refrigerator and stove and I also like the location and overall it seems clean

I know prices go up but normally I pay 88 or $92 this time for the same amount of State I pay $400 I think that was a little much for that room even though the rooms are nice that's a lot for somebody like me who is disabled.

Location was perfect. I was able to get to my family in Stratford, Ansonia, & New Haven within 10 - 20 minutes. A plus there was No traffic noises.

The wait time for someone to get to front desk & the grab and go breakfast.

I want to specifically mention how great Jule was. She checked me in, and checked me out. She was so courteous, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated her exceptional customer service and willingness to make sure everything was good with the room. She is one star employee!!! I also liked there was the kitchenette in the room, I did not even realize that when I booked the room. And it was CLEAN.

I wish the mattress was a little firmer (I have a bad back-and that is the only reason I gave comfort just a smiley rating), lol, but there really wasn't a negative with my stay.
