As soon as I arrived, the host contacted me asking if everything was ok, which was very nice. Contact with the host was immediate and very good throughout my stay of 16 days. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated, kitchen equipment new and clean, washing machine with dryer in the room also very clean and encouraging to use. Internet works very well. Everything you need is in the apartment. The area around the apartment is very nice with tropical vegetation, very safe, encouraging for walks and active recreation. In general, the service, accommodation was at the highest level - many hotels with 4 and 5 stars could learn from the host from customer service, such a detail as, for example, switching the air conditioning to celsius degrees (I'm from Europe :-)) shows concern for comfort and satisfaction customer.

I was so pleased with my stay. it felt like a cozy little home away from home. The host was always available via a phone call or text. He was kind and helpful, an issue arose with the unit dryer and washer, the host quickly came up with a solution and offered us access to another washer and dryer located on the premises. The location is very close to beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood and condo itself are quiet. The condo was clean and had cutlery and tableware as well as a few seasonings. Wifi was strong. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, the property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including washing tablets, toilet roll, shower gel etc, which was a big help. check in was quick and efficient with easy to follow instructions. We were greeted by lovely, helpful staff, and once inside we were very pleased with how spotlessly clean it was! The cleaners did a great job! The property is compact yet comfortable, had free parking and was just a short drive, (less than 10 minutes) to Las Olas Boulevard and under 15 minutes drive to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

There were a couple of spots in the property that would benefit from a touch up of paint, (it was peeling on the back door), and the front and rear doors didn’t feel overly secure although they locked perfectly fine. The front door had a bit of play on in when locked. In addition, a couple of chairs out front of the property (if it’s possible) would have been nice to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. We could also hear other guests talking in the property next door to us. They weren’t being overly loud, I just think that the sound travelled through the walls. Regardless of this, it was a relaxing stay.

I like that the location was walkable to local restaurants grocery stores and shops... The place was clean and newly renovated. It look like the pictures I saw.

They did such a great job renovating the whole place but, they forgot the shower. The tub and shower was big bulkey with low water pressure. I just felt like a good remodel. I wish the could tare out that tub and made it a whole stone wall shower clear glass the sink received a little upgrade but why leave out the tub and shower?

The location was excellent; quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and met our needs staying for a week. It was convenient to have a washer and drier!

Everything was very good. If I had to say something, the place didn't look as new and shiny as the photos, but that makes sense given it's been occupied by many. We had some loud neighbors here in there, but luckily the noise stayed in the living room.

Our group of 14 are leaving Alani this morning. We had 4 nights in 3 very nice appartments. Situated close to Olas Blv and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Free parking is a plus. Fun to live in the middle of a “normal People’s quarter”, where you see no other tourists. If we ever return to FL, we would pick Alani Bay Condos again.

There was a small problem with a toilet, but in was fixed, while we lay on the beach. Great service! The back garden could use a plan and a few hours work ;-)

The place was spacious enough for one or two individuals. Had basic amenities and clean throughout.

Before confirming the condo, I researched most accommodations in the area. Wasn't pleased with a check-in time of 4pm as other lodging establishments had a check-in time of 3pm. One hour does make a difference to some (like me) who want to experience the area before the day is over. I had an option to gain access earlier, but to be charged an extra $50 is quite disingenuous. If 4pm is what you must do; then at least consider the morning check out at 11am.

The location was perfect and only a few minutes away from everything I had planned for my boyfriend's birthday. The price was great compared to pricier hotels in the area. The condo was very clean and had cool modern decor. The host was very accommodating and responsive when I reached out with questions. I would definitely book this condo again.

We went during a time when it was actually really cold in South Florida and the heat was not working. It was blowing cold air. The host came and checked it out for us and was doing what he could to make sure we were comfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We loved how attentive the owner (Alex) was from the initial booking to check out. He provided clear and very accurate directions and even met us upon arrival. We were awestruck by the location and the ambiance of the property. We truly felt as if we were at home. The pictures were exactly what you receive and beyond. The apartment is very modernized and offers everything you can possibly think about (even condiments if cooking and cooking apparatus). He offered a tour and answered all questions and queries promptly. He was basically just a phone call away. He provided places to eat and shop based on one's budget, and also assisted with testing centers for travel purposes. Customer service at its best. We've also started thinking about our return:)

No disappointments at all.

This property was AMAZING! The condo is modern, centrally located, and fully equipped. Alex, our host called us personally to check on us a few hours after our arrival, after we were all settled. That really meant a lot. Alex suggested places to eat and gave us a virtual lay of the land. We happened upon the cleaning staff a couple of times while here, and they were so very friendly; they asked us if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. The answer was “no” because this place has it all!!! We loved the fact that the property had everything we needed from cooking and cleaning supplies, to a grill, washer and dryer, extra bath towels, all the way down to beach chairs and umbrellas!!! Our beach vacation was 100% complete with these amenities. There’s nothing better than being able to wash your clothes and beach towels that smell of the sea prior to closing them into a suitcase that will travel all day. We travel quite often, and will definitely return to Alani Bay when we return to Fort Lauderdale. We can’t thank you enough Alex!!! And we’ve already spread the word to our friends and family!!!
