very good location in a beautiful neighbourhood. very safe for the whole family, trafic is very slow and scarce. There is a common use washing machine and drier. The property provides shampoo, conditioner, soap to wash dishes, soap to wash clothes. Alex is available for any inconvenience or question right away. Beds are confortable, Wifi works all the time

It has only 1 bathroom, which is not enough for a party of 6. But it really did not matter since the place was so great

Sam n Alex were very accommodating, esp with the late checkout, which was highly appreciated and also help driving us to the family store for essentials. Lovely clean apartment, felt very safe.

Could have done with an extra 2 seater sofa to accommodate 2 couples. Could have made more use of area to back door, would have made a cosy nook for reading/relaxing or moved the dining table in there n added a corner sofa in the front, left of the front door. Also a kettle to boil water for tea etc. Could also make the back garden more appealing, it looked very unloved. And sorry, finally upgrade dining table, something round with 4 chairs would have been more comfortable for us older folk.

I would definitely recommend staying at Alani Bay Villas. Alex was an attentive and communicative host. He was very accommodating and even sent some local restaurant recommendations the day of our arrival! The apartment was spotless upon arrival and the beds very comfortable. We were in apartment 1 and even being closest to the road and parking spaces, it was very quiet. We had no trouble sleeping at all. A

Very comfortable, felt like a little home away from home. Bas was very responsive to any calls or text, so nice to know you’re not renting from someone that doesn’t care, and that someone will be there if you need something. decorated very nicely, plenty of towels, extra blankets, even an air mattress. Adorable and friendly spot to stay. I come to Florida several times a year for business and will definitely be my go to for my Home away from Home.

Nothing it was perfect!

The place was so beautifully decorated. It was really nice and comfortable. The host was such a great person and answered any questions I had. He literally went above my expectations to make sure we were comfortable in the area. Loved every minute of our stay.

My schedule wouldn’t allow me to stay longer.

It was very conveniently located close to the airport. Everything was very clean and simply decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet.

It was a bit cramped for my family of 6 (4 children 10 and under and 2 adults) but it was ok for a quick overnight stop.

We enjoyed our stay! Although the pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable we found an air bed and used that instead and worked perfectly for us! We loved the location as it was too far from everything! We also loved that the owners were super helpful and made everything easy for us. They were also very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend and stay at this place again!

love the open floor plan and the back patio. shower water pressure was great too!

could use more kitchen appliances/tools. pasta strainer, kitchen towel instead paper products, a door mat inside for from and back door for cleaner stay, blender.

perfect location in the quiet and beautiful Victoria Park. Very close to the beaches, Miami and the Everglades . Parking in front of the house.

The building is an incredible neighborhood! It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the water and multiple nice restaurants. The unit itself was spotless and the decor/setup was far above my expectations. We had an issue on our end and Alex, the property manager, was kind and extremely helpful. Thank you for making our stay so easy!

There is limited parking which makes it tough when having multiple families together. Make sure to look for parking nearby beforehand.
