Check in was smooth I love the extra security. The location was perfect in walking distance to food. Clubs historical sights and right at the river walk.

The parking deck was at times inconvenient if it's pass 10pm you had to call a staff member to let you pass the gate to get to the 10th floor where we parked. A key card would have solved that. Also no full length mirror in the entire unit for us Divas that need a last outfit check. Lol

I loved my stay here. The pool area was sooooo beautiful and I loved the shower in my room and the balcony.. i had the river view. It was my Birthday and I loved the attractions and restaurants around. Bed is too firm , but I loved this place hope too come back soon.

The bed was too firm. And they could have explained more about the key card and the parking garage

We really liked the layout of apartment and the location. The people at the hotel, including the customers were very helpful. We enjoyed the balcony. Although there were trains close to our room, they never woke us up. We enjoyed the restaurant, Hemingways, for breakfast the first morning. And again the customer service was great. The location was so awesome! There is an excellent rooftop pool and lounge area that we really enjoyed.

We got lost a couple of times, but there were always people to help us. It was during spring break and there was lively partying down the street. It was a bit loud the first night but did not wake us up.

I seen a lot of bad reviews AFTER we booked this place and was a little nervous. When we got there the location was perfect, restaurants all around, the staff was very helpful and nice and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Now, I seen a lot of comments about the train that passes by mostly everyday. It is not what the people in the comments are explaining it to be. You can only hear it for about 2-3 mins and it’s not even that loud. I feel like they just wanted to complain about something and be miserable. Anywho, I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to this exact hotel when I come back to Fort Lauderdale :)

You have to pay $40 each night in Sonder’s garage which I think is very unnecessary.

The size of the space, the washer/dryer and kitchenette were amazing to have for the price I paid. The location had a beautiful view of the downtown FT Lauderdale/Riverwalk area. Closet space was phenomenal!

The train that sped through and blew its whistle at various times in the evening (an after midnight!) took a little getting used to. And there was only a single operating elevator for the 38-story building which made the wait time a little lengthy at certain times of the day.

My state was OK the location is great it was by a lot of shops in a lot of restaurants you didn’t have to travel far from wherever you wanted to go overall I would stay there again but I think this time I will try a different location.

what I did not like about that location they had trains that ran all night long that was very disturbing the other thing I didn’t like was the address that they gave me was not the correct address I was lost for two hours.

The location was very good, an easy walk to Las Olas which is the main street for shops, restaurants and bars. The building was near the river and there was a lovely walk along the riverside into the main centre avoiding the main roads and traffic.

The building is very close to a train line and you could hear the trains and the signal noise but they stopped overnight so it wasn't a big problem.

location was great!! but railroad a little noisy. exercise facilities and the pool deck was nice! the price was good.

the apartment itself was uncomfortable. bed was hard, dinning room chairs were ripped and table was damaged.

Loved kitchen amenities, swimming in the pool was an amazing experience! Staff was friendly ! I loved the keycard entry for everything.. when staying in a deluxe studio room, you can lay in bed and watch the river right out of the windows .

The only thing we had to complain about was the semi noisy neighbors, and that's us just trying to find something negative to say. They were just young adults having a good time. This place is awesome!

The location was fantastic for a stroll at Fort Lauderdale downtime or a riverside walk.

It was a construction site in front of our flat which was a little bit noisy during the day but we didn't stay in the flat during the daytime. The railway passing by - there were a couple of commercial trains passing during the night that were very noisy. I would have preferred to have liquid body soap in the shower (and not the simple soap)
