This place is super and the Alex is the bomb. The place is very well located, in a quite neigbourhood. Very spacious living room and two bedroom both having their own bathroom, super. Plenty of twoles and very clean. Kitchen is super nice as well, having all you need, also a place to dine if you want to. TV has all on demand apps you can think off. Car can be parked in front of the house. Groceries are very close by. Alex gave us some great tips for restaurants and places to go, we loved it. We are definitely coming back again!

Apartment was clean and conveniently located.

We were unable to get to Ft. Lauderdale until April 15th at 2AM due to a storm that dropped 25 inches of rain in one day and Fort Lauderdale airport being closed due to flooding. Alani Bay management did not refund one night 4/13, but was willing to give some credit towards a future stay on one of their properties. I did not feel this was fair. We were not able to get to hotel due to the weather. We went on a Panama Canal cruise leaving from Ft. Lauderdale Sunday 4/16.

Good location in a pleasant and safe area, within a short drive to Ft Lauderdale's main attractions and restaurants. Very clean and particularly comfortable beds. Our local representative was also helpful with a number of dining out suggestions in the locale.

A few minor touches could improve the overall experience e.g. additional draws/storage in bedrooms, perhaps improved quality of sofa with another chair in the living area.

We all were very pleased with our stay. Our Host was exceptional and explained everything completely via text messages. It was great having the 2 bedrooms with our own bathrooms. We were there for 2 days prior to our cruise and it was so nice to have peace and quiet and privacy. We spent one day touring around the area and the suggestions from our Host were wonderful. It was a fantastic time. We used Uber to get around. Price is great, neighborhood location is nice and condo is perfect size for 2 couples.

There were a couple blinds that didn't work and a light socket was loose. That's it!!

I loved how clean and spacious the rooms were. The closets both had shoe racks available for you to use, the kitchen was stocked up and had all the appliances you would need. Love that we had a back door with a back area where we could just sit outside and relax within the comfort of the property was fenced in.

Although it was a short stay we tried turning on the TV and the remote would not work it was in and out. Probably need a new batteries. The bathroom in the master bedroom had little rust stains in the bathtub wall and the tub itself near the drain.

Alex was great to work with and very accommodating.

The place was very nice, but we did notice the area around the baseboards and lower walls had a pretty good layer of dust and dirt because they hadn't been washed in a long time. I don't think the floor was mopped either because my socks got very dirty very fast after removing my shoes. Otherwise, the place was very nice, but that is why I held back rating all exceptional

I had a personal kitchen. Everything was fully accessible and available. It was better than my kitchen at my apartment. I had utensils, pots and pans, full fridge, range and the list goes on. Please do not forget the blankets and towels. Lots of towels. The place was immaculate, AC and TV were on point. Beds were clean and hotel style made. I was so comfortable that I did not even use the bed. I slept in the living room. As a female traveling alone, I was a little worried that I did not choose to stay in a hotel. That fear went out the door when I drove through the neighborhood where this home is located. 20+++ Safety, cleanliness, attention to detail. Let me tell you. I am picky. I had nothing to complain about. I actually called to extend my stay and canceled all the other hotel reservations I booked. You know I had a back up plan. Anyway Alex found me another wonderful location for my extra day stay. By the way that was also amazing. Before I forget there are plenty of places to eat and things to do. Anyway I can go on and on. Thank you so much. I shall be back. I enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, I have to tell everyone about it. It’s too good of a place to keep it a secret

I was very amazed when I entered the apartment. It was clean, neat and well organized. I was able to make breakfast for my family before leaving the apartment. I will certainly look for Alain Bay luxury apartment during my future trip to Florida. My wife and kids had a great Experience while staying there.

I don’t really have any sort of negative things to say. However; some people who likes to cook could benefit from having some of the cooking material available to them such as spices and cooking related spice.

I liked that the place looked exactly as it did online. It was nice and clean. I was able to check-in and out on time. The host Bas text me so I could have his number and he suggested restaurants and things to do. I text him around 10pm to ask a quick question and he replied right away. Parking was a plus because it was right in front. I’d stay here again and have already recommended it to others.

The only thing I would suggest is a new shower curtain liner after each stay in both bathrooms. Especially with Covid this concerned me. Also maybe some essentials like hand soap.

We liked the location, near a small mall with a great coffee shop. A wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner was about 10 mins away in another little mall. Pre cruise night went smoothly and drop off at port no problem. very clean.

Another chair in living room is needed. 4 adults and one couch too cozy. Also the TV was hard to navigate, directions would be nice.
