We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights over Christmas to see family, we had 3 rooms booked. The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. On the first night our air-conditioner wasn't working, I let the front desk know the next morning and they offered to either send the engineer or move rooms. We just moved and the next room was perfect. We went to the sky bar on the first night and really enjoyed it. Good food, great service and nice outdoor space/views. We also had breakfast each morning and I thought it was very good for $16. This included the buffet plus one dish off the menu. The location was decent as well, we had a car so it didn't matter too much to us. The Eola lake was a nice 15 min walk. Valet parking was $30 per day.

Nothing, I liked everything.

To be the first time, that we are going to that hotel, I had a bad experience, the staff that is in the lobby does not tell you which is the elevator to get to the 18th floor, we were lost for 20 minutes, we reserved a price with booking and the hotel did not charge half of what that we paid, that is, they charged us for another night and they charged us for breakfast that was already included, and between booking and them they blamed themselves, we almost paid 300 dollars in taxes, that is, a lack of respect, be aware when you reserve there, check your account

The hostess for the AC sky lounge had an employee that was checking ID’s. She over stepped her communication boundaries. Suggesting I wasn’t a guest of the hotel because I confused the 10th floor lobby with another hotel amenity. she advised the 10th floor is where you check in but based on my check in process that was inaccurate. I checked in on the first floor went to my room then the lounge. Your employees should be better trained in verbal communication and interpersonal skills while on the clock. Her comments were condescending.

Location was just 2 blocks to the Amway Center (High School Graduation) with a few restaurants nearby. Valet parking was convenient and relatively prompt. 18th Floor lounge very nice with panoramic view of Orlando.

Visiting family members were denied access to the 18th floor lounge to meet for drinks. Some elevators don't go all the way to the upper floors so needed to use the dedicated ones (a bit slow).

Comfortable beds. The floor manager was helpful as 1 guest was sick, ge allowed a late checkout. That was extremely thoughtful.

Requested a luggage carrier at room, never came. Made a second call 20mins after to reception again, someone came and dropped it at the door and left. We loaded the cart ourselves to elevator and pushed same to the uber

We were in town to see Paul McCartney and because a problem with our previous rental on Booking, we were forced to find new accommodations on the fly. We couldn't have been happier with what we found although the price was a little more than what we ordinarily pay. It was right by the shuttle pickup for the concert, too.

Nothing really. Check in was smooth. The room was super clean, comfortable and had everything we wanted. (It didn't have a microwave but there was a microwave in a common area down the hall). Totally satisfied.

Location to the arena and the downtown area we were there for. Servers on the 18th floor so sweet......and awesome.

The hotel staff yelling at us by the elevator telling us we were not allowed to use the elevators. After we alerted the staff member we were going up to our room, he screamed that we were not at the right elevators. Not Acceptable and a poor choice to treat anyone like that, let alone guests of the hotel. More hot dishes offered for the breakfast meal. Did not like either one being offered so I went with the continental which was good but would have paid additional for a hot breakfast I would eat.

I loved everything. The moment you walked in you literally felt "rich". We were given a room on the last floor (25th) so the view was even more spectacular. The entire place was so clean. I've never been to a hotel where the bathroom was so clean. I'm usually able to see some tiny flaw but nope..not this hotel. I felt so relaxed just being inside.

I don't think I have any cons. Maybe the fact that the outside by the bar was closed but it was raining alot this night so no fault of the staffs. Lol

Spacious room, view of more the highway than the city. Bathrooms were nice. I enjoyed having a white noise machine in the room, definitely a nice touch for comfort.

The elevators were very confusing at first but nothing we couldn't figure out... would have been nice if the staff informed us when we checked in that you need to use your key card to use the elevator. Also the restaurant and bar was a bit pricey but definitely you are paying for the views and ambiance.. it was all very delicious though.

I missed the breakfast but enjoyed an early dinner and cocktails on the first evening and a light lunch before checkout. The meal was fresh and flavorful. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

The pillows were to mushy but all else was very comfortable. Would be nice to have one of those fluffy pillows a little firm.
