we liked the tavern, the lunch on arrival and dinner the next night was delish!

although the location was close to our friends house, it was very awkward (for us) to be attached to a medical facility. we did not know this when we booked. obviously fabulous for those who would be having some med stuff done, the location couldn't be better, but for a tourist its not close to walking to any shopping or restaurants...

The room was very modern and comfortable. The bed was soft and the room was a little larger than the standard room. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again in the future.

I honestly couldn't find anything wrong. I'd have to be nit-picky to find any issues. I guess my only complaint would be the additional expense of $20/day for parking. It isn't advertised, but it is almost a required expense if you drive there since there really isn't anywhere else to park. Parking is an attached garage but there are plenty of spaces available, and they are a very short walking distance to the hotel. But for a short stay, the price isn't bad.

Close to about everything. resturants, gas stations, hospital. The staff was outstanding. The front desk people were just great, also the cleaning service. I am disabled and the room was perfect from the huge bathroom and very accesable for me. Thanks I enjoyed myself staying at the hotel.

Street outside the hotel was being repaired by the city.

The Delaney is a fantastic hotel. Every aspect is well thought through and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff was superb, check-in was the quickest I've ever had, and the room was absolutely spotless. The attached Delaney Tavern was of equal quality. The food was great, and my partner, who has worked as a mixologist, was very impressed by both the selection and bartender expertise.

While they do offer $20 parking/day, that can be costly for longer stays. I opted for metered street parking as needed. It would’ve been nice if they offered parking validation for dining at their restaurant. If they do, that wasn’t expressed to me. There are a couple of unmetered parking spaces when exiting their rear parking garage to the left of the main entrance.

Beautiful, bright, and clean room. Modern with elegant and luxurious bathroom. High quality comfortable beds. Extremely attentive and friendly staff.

Room service was a bit disorganized. We didn’t receive our coffee until 30 minutes after our breakfast arrived because their system treats food and beverages as separate order types. This was not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things though. Would definitely stay here again.

My son was over at medical center for surgery, twice we needed to extend, the staff was so nice and helpful on making sure I didn't have anything to worry about anything other than my son. accommodations were perfect. If I needed something it didn't matter at what time we came back the staff made sure we had it right away. This place and the staff is higher than a 10/10 !

Right downtown so it’s close to everything. Very comfortable beds and a high end place to stay. You’re provided with an iPad that you can use to order room service and extra toiletries if needed. The restaurant in the hotel is a must, they have delicious food and all the staff are very friendly. There’s even free parking in the garage which is a bonus!

Only downside is it’s right beside the hospital which I was aware of from previous reviews. But you can get earplugs from the front desk to block out the noise from the ambulances! Also, the doors do not shut quietly at all, they slam shut.

The evening meal was delicious. Me personally I asked for a medium cooked steak on my Ribeye sandwich and that’s what I got. The food was delivered to the room in a timely matter. The room it self was very comfortable, clean and modern.

The pillows seemed hard, and the barn door was load with no lock.
