Crowne Plaza Hotel Orlando Downtown, an IHG Hotel

The staff are all excellent, the rooms are absolutely spotless and furnished very nicely. All of the facilities are well kept and usually quiet, honestly I don’t think I’d stay in any other hotel in Florida. The valet staff especially are fantastic. Location is great, 5 minute drive from all the best bars in town

The bar can get pretty busy on a weekend but that’s to be expected, and parking is expensive at $21 a day but that’s Downtown Orlando for you, it’s the same at any downtown hotel. I’m just nitpicking as I really can’t fault the hotel at all, I don’t have any complaints. It was a perfect stay

Friendly staff, very comfortable room and excellent restaurant. Courtesy bus available until 9pm and usually available. Able to keep room until 2pm because of late departure to the airport - very convenient and appreciated.

Location was a little bit further from the main downtown area than we expected. We asked for more bottled water in the room amd were told it was only for the first night (we were there six). Other drinks replenished.

The best thing about the property was that it was very clean and tidy, and the room is wet big enough to accommodate at least 2 to 3 people. The rooms were very clean and tidy and Was, full of freshness and relaxation.

well, the property was up to Mark, but the only one thing I didn’t like about the property is that it has a very small gym other than that everything was up to mark up to date and full of all amenities 

Staff was very friendly, particularly CJ with the valet parking (so helpful), Yalitza at reception (always ready to help), Ai at the bar (so hardworking and affable) and finally the breakfast staff (always smiling and welcoming) The hotel was in a perfect location for a game at Camping World Stadium. Great pool and spa We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat

From the moment we drove up until the time we checked out, the staff was super friendly and welcoming! The grounds & hotel were super clean & quiet! I usually can’t sleep in hotels but I slept like a baby!! Great location & a shuttle was provided to & from the concert!

Waited in restaurant/bar area over 15 mins for someone to assist us, finally gave up.

Hotel was nice. Room was great. Clean all over. Staff was fine. Location is safe but not much around, which means you need a ride to everywhere.

They advertise they have a shuttle but the valet/shuttle people were the most difficult to deal with. They keep you waiting so long you would end up ubering anyway after wasting a lot of time.

It was nice, clean, and in a good location for what we were doing. The staff was friendly.

price of parking, you could tell the building was old but decorated nice, bar was horribly slow and understaffed. Which in the times is understandable but she could have use someone’s help. Bad on the mgmt part. Other than that it was great.

I requested a king size room with balcony to complete a surprise birthday vacation for my husband. The room was nice, but the balcony view wasn't the best. We were facing nothing but construction. I received a random text from Marco inquiring about my stay and mentioned the view. To my surprise, he switched my room without any hesitation!

The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and yummy. The bellhop was efficient and friendly and the valets were helpful, generous, and kind.

The front desk clerk when I arrived was rude! First, to get my attention (I had been waiting in another line), she whistled. I am not an animal. When she was going over the litany of instructions, she had no emotion: She was robotic. Second, when I requested a couple of pods of coffee it was obvious it irritated her.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Was THRILLED that there was a free shuttle to and from our nearby event. Breakfast was exceptional since there was food available for vegetarians.

The parking fee was a bit high. Since the hotel had its own parking lot, this could have been much less, even free.
