Aloft Orlando Downtown

Great location. Hotel was clean. The bed...was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We will stay again but, will eat else where.

The food was horrible. Had to take back frozen and green (yes green) mozzarella sticks....

Very nice with good food and drinks at the WXYZ. TV remote was covered which is one of the dirtiest items in a hotel.

Difficult to find the entrance with GPS. I got to know Camping World very well. I never saw the ground level Aloft sign for both visits. Not even when I was smoking outside. This may influence whether I stay again. Rating the room size. On Thursday I arranged for a large room and it was! Monday night I arranged for one less. The size of a normal room but still nice. Joy

Had a King on 6th floor that had an OK view. Shower was beautiful, although water pressure didn't match (low). Bed was very comfortable - firm, but cozy, with nice linens :D. Loved their fresh coffee in the lobby and a few things like bagels, yogurts if you wanted. Lots of places to sit and socialize in the lobby, waiting for friends, including the front patio terrace that looks out at the back/side view of the Dr. Philips Art Performance Center. We walked across the street for Front Yard Jazz Concert at Dr Phillips. Perfect! Would stay there again! Very friendly staff, from valet's to front desk!

Water pressure a little low; wanted a little more light in the hallways.

Location is convenient, quiet yet close to everything. The staff was amazing. Very cordial, fun and accommodating. Great.

They were in the middle of renovation. Had issues with hot water. They were very prompt to fix i may add. Still had an issue if you open the sink the shower would have no hot water.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is super professional and friendly. Our room was HUGE and very clean. The overall styles and decor are very modern and up to date. The bartender was excellent and made custom cocktails for my husband and I. This is where we stayed on our wedding night, and last night we stayed for our 2 year anniversary. An overall perfect evening, and I will stay again and again.

I honestly can't think of a reasonable complaint.

The amount of space for the price and was located in a convenient location.

The staff seemed unprepared and didn’t know we had breakfast included in our stay also if you are staying with more than two people you would have to order more towels.

Walking distance to a lot of great places in downtown Orlando, especially the Amway Center. Saved us a lot of headache with transportation

The room size/price ratio was ridiculous. This was a retrofit office so the rooms were huge. And quiet. We had great views, and were within walking distance of everything we wanted to go to.

Some renovations were underway so coffee/snack options were limited.

I wanted to take the bed to my house! So comfortable and warm... Location was great for me, cause I had to work to Citrus Center, and I went by a simple walk. I just loved the room, very quiet.

Great and friendly staff, easy to get to and easily accessible away from the resorts. Very nice rooms.

There are concerts right across the corner that I did not mind at all and, in fact, enjoyed them but I could see how it might bother people that go to bed early. They ended fairly early, even on the weekends. Covid has really seemed to hurt downtown Orlando restaurants and there were much fewer choices than normal.
