Property has only been open for 2-months, so it is in pristine condition. Comfortable, spacious rooms, great for families. Breakfast was great consisting of Mickey waffles, sausage, eggs, pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, juices, & coffee. Staff was friendly & the location is close to many options, but yet is in a more quiet area, which was nice.

Parking! We came back from the Magic Kingdom late one night & had no space to park. My husband asked the front desk staff where we were to park & we were informed to park on the street in front of the hotel (which was dark & no other cars were). My husband said, he was not comfortable with that & front desk staff responded with “I can’t just go move a car!” I think they may also be understaffed because there was always one person at the front desk multitasking, so there was often a wait.

The property was five star! Clean, new, great staff, fantastic facility. I would take the few blasé things, and recommend this emphatically over most of the places we’ve stayed at in Orlando. It’s very nice and I can’t recommend it enough.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but it was alright. The location was a bit out of the way. GPS kept trying to take us to the subdivision and street behind the hotel; the street does not connect.

i was offered a better bigger apartment (521) instead of the first one (212). Its approximately the same except of the size. That one on the fifth floor was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The reason for change was that the toilet was stuck after the first use. Parking is free. Lemon Water in the lobby as well.

Breakfast, not enough choice, the boiled eggs in the fridge and juice in the machine were awful... small tables size as for 4 people. Also it's not comfortable to wash a kid when you don't have removable shower head, and its a problem in all the rooms.

Excellent food items for all members of the family. My children loved the food varieties and so did I! I just have a few suggestions, when it comes to the counter space, it's a bit too tight when it gets crowded; especially by the toasters. Perhaps placing them separately so people could have more ease of serving themselves and not waiting on others to finish with toasting their bread/bagels etc. In addition, the counter space for drinks is a little over crowded given the fact that people want to prepare their oatmeal and coffee drinks while the rest await in line. Perhaps have a small counter space to get your extras to give others an opportunity to serve coffee and move out of the way.

The hotel was honestly exceptional. Very clean, quiet location yet close enough to get to everything very easily. It was such a clean place with great service( they come to clean each room every day), something I enjoyed thoroughly giving that we were there 5 nights! The hotel staff were very nice as well although some at the front desk may need just a little more training. Considering it still seems pretty new, that is understandable.

They did almost a $200 hold on my card before I even arrived and despite what they told me when I arrived, it was not apart of the full hotel stay amount. They then proceeded when I did finally arrive to charge the amount of the stay and an extra $100 hold, which made no sense considering you already have almost $200 holding. They claim that this should fall off ( the $200) after checking in, but that was not the case. I ended up extending the stay an extra night in the same room and all, at that point they told me after it was extended that they had to hold a whole separate $100 plus a $13.79 charge. I was very put off by this and all these holds. Nothing of this was mentioned until after I got there despite calling ahead and speaking to a front desk staff person.

I love the room and the smell of it. I just knew t hat the bldg is brandnew. So take your chance as long as it’s new! 😆😆😆 I love the bed! Itlooks like it’s semi firm or firm with mattress top and their pillows are feathered, I never slept comfortbly since I stayed here! I’m planning to buy the same bed as theirs! They’ve cleaned my room once during my 3 day stay. I never expected them to clean it anyway but it’s good to know. There’s no parking fees unlike the other hotels. The breakfast is just ok same everyday enough to keep you energized. This is what I noticed here in the us it’s just egg sausage and waffles. That’s it! No variety! We came from United Arab Emirates and you’ll be surprise how plentiful the food is there to choose in a hotel. There’s a fruit section, bread section etc! It only cost maybe 150usd per night. Here in the US they won’t give u anuthin to choose, it’s like they’re keepin it as cheap as possible?

The Hotel is very modern and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet and peaceful even though it was full. Breakfast was fine considering it was included. Good for teens who like waffles, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal. The young man who checked us in was kind and courteous.

The front desk woman who worked on Sunday morning should not be working in a hotel dealing with guests as she had an annoyed expression as if she didn't want to be there. When my husband and I came to the Lobby in the morning she did not say good morning she simply asked "Breakfast"? I worked for Marriott in the past and therefore know the importance of making guests feel welcome and valued. Management needs to be more selective in who they employ! Other than her the hotel is great!

I loved the location, close to everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

We stayed in room 535 and the door would not lock. You could shut the door to leave and simply push on it, without using the key, and it would open. Unfortunately the hotel was completely booked so we couldn’t be moved to another room. They did try to fix it and I think it worked temporarily but I told them at check out it still needed to be fixed.

It was close to the theme parks with very good parking. Rooms were very clean and looked newly renovated. Free breakfast was great!

The hotel charged me a total of 418 for 3 nights but also charged me another 354.00 (pending charge) and I am not sure why. All of my kids souvenir money was gone. I have called and get no clear answer on what this charge is. It’s a nice hotel but was it worth almost 800 for 4 nights? No.

When we arrived, the booking.com room we reserved was not available. However, the front desk staff, Leo, was outstanding! He was calm, worked FEVERISHLY to make the situation work- including checking a room himself and calling his off-duty mgr. He went over and beyond, was highly professional and was able to resolve the matter for us by upgrading our room. Much appreciated!!!! In addition- the breakfast was great and ALWAYS went through the designated time. Yes!

Only wish every property could provide this level of service.
