Residence Inn Orlando Airport

Clean rooms, enough facilities for a very comfortable stay, coffee at the lobby, yummy breakfast AND staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room has a stove top, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and toaster making our stay feel like being home away from home. I was especially thrilled of the washer dryer. We went home with our clothes clean. One big chore done!

If I will nitpick, the sofa bed’s mattress has been used way past it’s capacity. The springs were pushed out badly and is unsleepable.

When I got to the hotel, at 11 pM, extremely tired, after having traveled the whole day, the hotel could not find my reservation. They said it was not the first time booking.com did this. I had to pay more than was expected. It was ridiculous. I will never use booking available. I got an email confirming my reservation! Never thought I’d go through this.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facility was very clean. The cheese omelets were good for breakfast. There were a lot of food options near by.

We had a problem with the TV and internet connection. I don't really like the fact that people can bring their animals there because a dog owner had to hold her two dogs back from attacking my kids and I as we were getting off the elevator. The furniture next to the pool is old and worn. I did trip over the rug in the entrance upon arrival and broke my shoe😔

Huge room/spaceous, i like the kitchen and full bathroom. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful Near the airport, I appreciate the free shuttle

No bidet, bathroom amenities were not replenished before our arrival.

The best staff! Breakfast was pretty good! The bed we slept in was soo comfortable I meant to ask staff what kind of mattress it was😊

That it rained a few times while we were there but it didn’t stop our show!

I like the refrigerator, the microwave and the cleanliness of the room that we stayed in.

The room was outdated. I have been to other Resident Inn hotels and their rooms are up to date. This one made me feel as if I stepped by into the early 2000s where I had my first Residence Inn experience, which was amazing at the time; but that was over a decade ago. Also, the way that breakfast was available compared to other Residence Inn hotels that I have stayed at during this Pandemic wasn’t as what I expected.

Close to the location that I needed to be in. Also, the accommodation of the double rooms, double bathrooms, which was a 2 bedroom suite, was awesome.

That I had to pay for it lol

Everything was great room was nice and clean and spacious which I loved.

There could have been more options for things to eat for breakfast and maybe switch it up from day to do and not the same thing over and over again.

Good location, quiet room in all the ways ok fulfilling our expectations. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. We only had one day but could have stayed longer as well.

Didn't got the room we reserved (two bedrooms) but two smaller connected rooms.

We booked a 2br, 2 ba suite and were very pleased with the accommodations. Nice kitchen and sitting area as well as 2 comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Traveling on business, we were required to each have a bedroom and this fit the requirements and was fairly affordable.

Stairwell and exit door areas other than main entrance were a bit run down and not well lit
