Breakfast was nice and satisfactory. Breakfast area had sufficient room. Staff visited the area and made sure there was sufficient food for all.
We ate outside. Having to use the card to get in every time we wanted to grab something was annoying. It may be beneficial to allow pool side doors to be unlocked during breakfast.

Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. So many things in walking distance. Easily accessible.
Breakfast was not accessible and could only eat from 6-9. At night, I waited 30+ minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the front desk, they were not answering the phone. They never came to the front desk

Great breakfast!! No public coffee available after breakfast ended at 9:00. Air conditioner did not function from the wall thermostat and they had a repair person at my door in under a minute!! Front desk staff and breakfast staff were on top of everything.
Upkeep of the tile grout in the bathroom. It is so hard to get enough help right now.

It was very clean and smelled clean. Facilities seemed new. Staff was courteous and efficient. The suites were very comfortable. The space felt well designed.
The pool was not heated, but staff said we could use hot tub at hotel from same chain nearby.

The staff was great - very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great - good selection, fruit, hot and cold items, waffles!! I wish they could use real dishes or use paper items or provide recylcling for all of the plastic, but I also know this would be a real challenge.
Very minor, but there were no coffee cups in our rooms! Piillows a little too puffy.

We had a wonderful and unexpected view from our room. Everything was clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The pullout bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. The area around the hotel is a bit lacking, we were happy to have a car.
