Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky

Friendliest staff experience I have ever had at any destination I’ve traveled to! They went above and beyond to make sure that the check in/out process was a breeze! I was given a bag of cookies upon my arrival and when I accidentally locked my keys in my car when checking out, the person at the front desk allowed me to use their personal phone to message my friends and family (because I couldn’t remember their numbers off the top of my head and my phone was locked in my car with the key!) It was snowing and I was scatterbrained so I was greatly appreciative! I will definitely be back to stay!

There is only one elevator/stairs and it is located on the far right side of the building so I had to walk 8 miles (haha) to the far left side of the hotel once I got to the third floor! Walls are also thin but I always bring a box fan to drown out any noise since there isn’t much you can do about that!

The room was actually a good size and what we needed for that period of time we were there. The breakfast was good as well and I can't begin to tell you how convenient it was to the Athletic Center. It was literally 10 ft. from the hotel.

My Husband and Son didn't like the breakfast as they do not eat pork. I would really encourage the Comfort Inn Brand to please include everyone when preparing and serving breakfast. Because everyone eats differently, please serve Turkey Bacon/Turkey Sausage simply because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Straight blonde hair all OVER the place! Dried up spots on the bathroom floor as well. That was nasty. The toilet looked as if it had gotten rusty under the inside part.

We appreciated that this Comfort Inn provided exactly what one would expect from its name: comfort, at a modest, 'inn-level' price. The premises were clean and quiet, our room was immaculately prepared, and the bed marvelously cozy. One thing that we had been concerned about beforehand, the efficiency of the AC in the room, was excellent. The staff were all really pleasant and professional, by the way.

If I could improve just one aspect of their operation, it would have to be the quality of the breakfast provided. It featured the usual silver warming tray of scrambled eggs and sausage (swimming in the condensation from the roll-down lid), the usual do-it-yourself mini waffle iron, yogurts in a little fridge, etc. Couldn't something just a bit more appetizing be thought of?

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean pool, good breakfast, and good location! The front desk clerks even gave us cookies during the check-in process.

My only complaint would be the pool area. It was very clean and well stocked on towels but it's indoors so naturally it's humid in the room so maybe an overhead fan of some sort would better help with the air circulation and with the smell from the pool chemicals or even opening the windows.

Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Good breakfast, great shower. The location seemed remote at first but there was a theater and a really good pizza place nextdoor, and it was a short drive to everything else. Staff was top notch. I had a little glitch upon check-in and it was handled promptly and professionally. Everyone there was just really nice.

Just very minor things like the cable not being great and having to log back into the wifi every time I came back to the room.

The staff was wonderful. Very pleased with the customer service. Breakfast was acceptable, clean, and perfectly stocked. We were welcomed with fresh cookies and enjoyed the pool. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Looked well cleaned.

My biggest complaint was the location of the next room's bathroom directly behind the bed head. It was so loud when anyone flushed the toilet or took a shower. My only other complaint was (same in all hotels) is that the mini fridge emits a high pitch whining sound. The pool was a bit chilly and is in need of some paint touch-up. Upgrading your TV's to be smart tvs would make up for the noise.

The location is excellent. It was a quick 12 minute drive to the Great American Ballpark as well as the Cincinnati Zoo and other downtown activities. The breakfast was excellent as well. Eggs, and sausage one morning, bacon another. There were waffles and danish every day as well as cold and hot cereal, yogurt, oj, aj tea and coffee. The staff was great. Very helpful when I left something important there and had to come back to get it. They put it in the safe and held it for me. If I ever go to Cincy again, this is where I'll stay.

Though it was not really their fault, the bed was very uncomfortable for me. My wife loved it, but it was too firm for my poor aching bones. Also, the heated pool needed to be about 5 degrees warmer.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable that we almost slept through breakfast. The breakfast was very good in the morning. The shower was very nice with good pressure. The TV in the room was a good size. The staff was very friendly and nice. We would stay here again if in the area and needed a hotel room.

The TV though a good size wasn't the easiest to find out what the channels were or what you were watching. You had to keep referring back to the guide page which was inconvenient. The swimming pool was freezing cold making it unenjoyable. I was looking forward to a relaxing swim but that didn't happen -way too cold!!

The breakfast was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of hot and cold foods. Very clean food and dining area. We definitely enjoyed our breakfast! The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My grandson had a great time in the pool before breakfast.

I cannot think of anything. We were extremely pleased.

The location was nice. Our suite was spacious. The cleaning crew was great and the breakfast was good. Love the breakfast crew! They were so nice!

The pool water was cold. They didn’t have where I seen we would have two tvs in the room, just would of been a nice “so you know” kind of thing. The sofa bed could use a better mattress. The room temperature was hard to control.
